Mandy, it's a great idea, actually, to have weekly goals. I want some of that action...LOL...so my goals next week:

1) Work out at least 4 days.
2) Drink 8 glasses of water every day.

You guys are doing such a great job! I'm kinda feeling down because the 1st couple of days(of Jan) I wuz eating right and walking up stairs, went to the gym, and excerised to my workout dvd. Day 4-present, aww man I lost focus. I haven't gained or lost...gotta get back on track!

I actually gained weight instead of loosing it. I went from 158 to 164. I am going to have to stop eating when I stress. Well, I am going to try and be on my P's and Q's this week.

@ Twisted I know how that is girl. Just pick something you can use as motivation, like a pic of you when you were the size you like, or a pic of an outfit you HAVE to get in, or like me, I have some jeans that I can't get in so I keep them hanging in my closet on the wall like a picture. That way when I go in I see it and I know why it's there. Hang in there. you can do it!!! We all can!! Very Happy

Anytime. I can't imagine what that's like. Well my husband went to Germany for 3 months at a time once and I had 3 kids then (we conceived our 4th when he came back!! LOL) So I kinda got a taste of what that's like. Stay strong. You can use THAT as motivation-- to look hot and sexier than ever for when he comes home!!! When is he due back???

Hey... I'm a day late on here but umm yea went up instead of down... I went from 175 to 177. I didn't push myself hard and didn't work out as much cuz I was sick and aunt flow came in town for me too lol This week I am determined to get back on the wagon. My goal is to lose 2 pounds this week and eat 5 fruits/veggies a day, drink 8 glasses of water everyday and get to the gym!

I have always struggled with weight. I was even an overweight child but I really want to make a change. So let's Start!

Short term Goal weight:240
Goal weight: 150 ( I have a long way to go :/)
Weekly Target: 2-3lbs

I really just want to be healthy

Yes @ BriaBeauty!!! You can do it. As long as you stay determined to get to where you want to be you will. We're all here to help each other out. When you get stuck (it happens) just come here for motivation or where ever else you can. I have struggled with weight all my life too. I was at my best shape in high school because I was on the track team all 4 yrs. But as soon as I got to college.....man forget it!! That freshman 15 was more like freshman 30 or so for me!!!! Not good!! Find something active that you like because it's hard to stick with it if you don't like it or if it's boring. Zumba is awesome, and if you can't get to a class you can get a DVD or Wii game for Zumba or anything else. Jillian Michaels and Jackie Warner have AWESOME DVDs and will whip your butt!! LOL But I love em!!!

You'll be able to do it. We all will!!! run

Yeah I have one of the walking DVDs too with leslie. Not as high intensity but still a decent workout.

I didn't check-in on Sunday because my weigh-in day @ WW is on Wednesdays and I want to just use one scale which will be theirs. So, tomorrow right after I get off their scale I will post.

I however think that I have gained and not lost. I started tracking my meals and I quickly learned that I am an emotional eater and my emotions have been all over the place lately. Yesterday I had a student have a mental break and had to be Baker Acted (2nd grader) and my personal life has pure garbage for a while now.
