Things that Make You Go Hmmm

I thought it would be fun to list/name some of the things that make you go hmmmmm. Remember Arsenio Hall used to do these on his late night show. I always loved hearing them.
Why do people speed up when you try to move into their lane then have the nerve to get in the lane you were just in [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ?
Why do people stare and then when you acknowledge them they look away? (Is this just a DMV thang?)

Why do college book publishers charge you an arm, a leg, a kidney and spleen for a book that loses value toward the end of a semester, at which time--> you sell it back and they buy it back from you for less than half the price you paid for it?!
(I know the answer to this [$], but nevertheless it makes me go Hmmmm and Grrrr and Arrgghh)!

SInce i moved to the DMV area about 7 months ago i noticed that too!!
One thing that I dont understand is why some people up here dont know how to drive in traffic, why pump your brakes every other second because a car one mile ahead of you is pumping brakes?!!

Most people here do not know how to drive. I was behind a lady this morning that was doing that. I was like ma'am, for real really, what the heck is going on. Chrs I don't get the starring thing either. Especially when you pull up to a red light and the person beside you is starring at you like you have 3 heads! I asked my husband about that the other day, every light we pulled to the people to my right were all up in our truck!!!!! MIND YOUR BUSINESS!!

Sick people who go to work infecting their coworkers and then get pissed off when their now SICK coworkers have to take off because of them, but they're like, "I was sick too and I came in to work." Idiots.

When I was in high school, I hated getting my lunch because the lunch lady would look me up and down (cuz I'm naturally skinny) and giving me scrawniest chicken ever...and give the biggest chicken to my average sized best friend. I ain't on no diet!!! Can I get my big piece plz? That's size discrimination!!

When someone ask for directions and then 1) does the complete opposite of what you just told them or 2) waits until you walk away and then ask someone else.
