OMG, I haven't heard that song in SUCH a long time. I LOVE that song. I used to sing it in the kids choir (although GOD didn't bless me with vocals).

Hey ladies! I am glad you all enjoy the songs! If you get a chance check out Deon Kipping "Real Life. Real Worship". We learned "He will do" Saturday and sang it this morning. It was great.

Hey ladies!!

There is nothing new with the hair. Still twisted. I will be ever so grateful when this challenge is over. Come on sing it with me "ooo-veerrrrrr". Anywho I got up this morning and did pilates...yay me. Well sorta did them because I had cold muscles I only made it through the intro and part of the ab workout.

I use to do pilates after walking between 1-4 miles depending on the time and day but since my diagnosis of having chondromalacia in both knees I had to stop the high impact cardio. So I guess i will have to go to the gym on tuesday, thursday and saturday mornings and use the bike or pool. Just need a good warm up cardio I can do at home.

And I want to name my fro and have no ideas to start with. You all have any suggestions.

Lol I kind of wanna name my fro too!!! It cracks me up when people have names for their hair! It was funny when people would name their weaves and wigs but naming your fro is funny AND makes sense because sometimes it just has a mind of its own!



I don't have any suggestions yet but if I think of any I'll let you know

Good luck on finding a name....I named my puff/fro Penny...short for Penelope. I've always loved that name....

On naming the fro I don't know if I want something classy or ghetto or classically ghetto..lol.

I think when my hide the hair challenge is over I want to straighten my hair to see what it looks like. Maybe go get a cut. I think I'm gonna use Tia's method with the ponytails and rollers. I want to steer away from heat.

I am so excited about my hair. The peach fuzz is growing slowly but surely but we know a watched pot never boils but I try not to think about it. I am still using my Bee Mine Growth Serum every other day. (Sometimes daily but i'm sure itll all work out..lol).

I am also wondering if I should cut my hair to give my trouble spot a chance to catch up. IDK anyways that's where I am today.

I am a lil upset. ok I am very upset. I don't what to do. so right now I am praying for God to take this anger and hatred and bitterness because if I keep dwelling on it no good will come from it.

You know I always pray for you, what is going on? Are you upset about the hair ? YOu said it was growing in...or is something else going on? Whatever it is I say this. I don't know you that well but what I do know is your FAITH is strong, lean on it, use it and let it use you. Love you sis!

Hey Ladies!! I am doing pretty good. Nothing new on the hair front other than I am sick and tired of twists...lol. I am still working out MW&F. I am also eating a lot better and working on getting this water in.

In the name game. I am thinking Rogue like on X-Men for a couple of reasons but I'm gonna get Tia's suggestion first. I'm gonna upload some random pics maybe they will help.

ok I am down to the last 10 days of my challenge. I have only been in twists. didn't try any styles, hats, or scarf. So tonight after work I went to the BSS and got a Phony Puff. Now when I looked at it in my hand it looked sorta small. I put it on and its actually pretty big.

Take a look. So I will use this to get thru until the end.
