TGIF....

Well its been a long week. I've shared my trials, and now it's time to move one.

I've been wearing twist-outs all week...just thought I would share a few pictures. I really like the results I'm having with the AfroVeda products. I co-washed last night using Tresemme's NN Conditioner and I had very little shedding. My detangling session was a breeze!! Not sure what I can contribute this too...I'm tweaked my regiment just a bit, so I'm going to have to note what I'm doing so I can keep it up!! LOL

She's getting better. We've cancelled all of her cards and she took care of what she had to do with the Bank and the SS office. This has been a trying experience, but I told her we had to stop talking about it. It is making both of our nerves bad.

Just a little side humor here...

This is just not my week!!! I get to work and a co-worker walks right up to me and says "Your hair is too cute" and put her hand in my head and not touches but squeezed my twist-out!! **sigh**

I was looking like Shocked

but I was thinking "GET YOUR HAND OUT OF MY HAIR!!"

However, I just said Girl you are really crazy...I meant that!! LOL

Okay...I'm going to all 3 services at church Sunday. Divine intervention is really needed in my life right now... geek

My natural anniversary is only 6 days away, and my salon visit is schedule for Thursday @ 9am. I'm getting my ends trimmed and getting kinky twists. Wish me luck.

I really want to cancel because I'm getting the best twist-out style ever, but I know my ends need to be trimmed by a professional. Just thought I would share a picture from Friday.

I'm not going to cancel, because I know that a correct trim is long over due!! I am just loving the fact that I am finally getting great twist out results. That is my goal for this second year...healthy hair and length retention!!

I know...I thought about cancelling the appointment, but it required a $50 deposit. So I made sure I stopped by the salon Saturday and paid the deposit. This way I couldn't back out. Not sure how much she is going to have to cut to fix what I've been doing my in head!! LOL So to protect Penny for the cold (she and I didn't fair well last year) I'm going to put her up for 6 weeks. I will be taking the twists down like the second week in December.
