I have to check the olive oil and see what the protein content is. I'm thinking it may be very little.

I have been retaining length. I attribute it to the hide the hair challenge. I would have still been crying over the length of my hair if I hadn't tried it out. I have measurement pics to post but it will be next week when I get from Chi Town. Thanks for noticing. I will definitely do protective styling because I would love to have long hair.

I wore the braid out through Friday. On saturday I washed with Giovanni 50:50 shampoo (which is my favorite out of the line) the detangled with 50 50 condish. rinsed and put in Miss Jessies deep treatment. Which worked out real well. it was better than the last time probably because I know how to properly apply it now. then I used my usual Aussie insurance and giovannii leave in, Shea mix with eco custard to do medium 3 strand twists. Well they are actually varying sizes.

When I looked at the twists on sunday I didn't like them so I've been pinning them up. I will do a twist out when I get to Chicago and re-twist Sunday before I leave.

I really want to try a WnG but I'm waiting for warmer weather.

I don't have a pic with them down. They are sloppy so I wear them pinned up.

They do take a lil longer mostly because I have to remember that I'm twisting and not braiding.
