i think she just meant that she feels she needs condish & a styler, not just leaving in condish for a WnG, but maybe some other looser curlies can do a WnG w/ just conditioner

Hey KNH! Happy Belated Birthday to you! I celebrate my birthday the entire month, so hopefully I'm squeezing in here with my wishes! In any case, after viewing your pics I must tell you that your wash and gos have been on point! With me working out also I have been trying to master that process. I think I finally got it right today. We'll see when it dries. If not, I might finally do something I usually resist- buy something online instead of on the ground- particularly that miracurl. That stuff seems like the bizness.

Well, have a great day! and great job on exercising. I'm getting my butt in gear also!

I used the Tresemme Naturals Conditioner that MC did her review on about two weeks ago. I love that stuff!! Why? Because, 1. It only cost about $5 depending on where you get it from, and not only that it's a huge bottle. 2. I can detangle my hair with my fingers. Like MC said this conditioner has a lot of slip!

I couldn't leave it in and wear it as a washNgo; my curls need gel or a styler to get the look you see in the pictures I've posted.

No not really...I just try to make sure that the majority of my products have good ingredients...

I've read several of your postings where you have concerns about dryness...do check out Shida Naturals..this moisture spray is the truth. Bumble and Bumble usually leave my hair feelling very dry, but yesterday..it was moist even when I went to bed. Moisture all day!!! Penny is in a puff today......for no good reason, but my puff is very moist as well!!! This is some good stuff. I think I'll do a brief review tonight!!!

I'm sorry I may not have been clear. (I'm thinking faster that I type and something I leave things out)

Well...when MC did her review of this conditioner she indicated that she left it in and had the perfect WnG. I tried my wNg with just this conditioner and Penny looked at me like "you better not leave this house like this"

So I since I didn't get the same results I just assumed that the conditioner wNg works on softer hair types like 2's and 3's. I could be wrong, but this sure didn't work on Penny and she is a type 4a in the front, middle, and back, and 4b on the sides. Hope that makes sense...

Thanks BBD....Yes do check it out...it is the best thing I've found other than EVCO. In fact it worked better for me than the EVCO!!

Thanks....I'm still celebrating as well. In fact, I'm wrapping this up this weekend with a me day on Saturday....breakfast, movie, shopping, lunch and a pedicure!! I can't wait!!

It has taken me over 7 months to master a decent washNgo...I found that MiraCurl and Bumble and Bumble really give me the best wNg!! (which I discoverd this week!!) I know what you mean about ordering products online.

Well...I'm posting a little later than usual, but I had a hard time getting started this morning.

Health: So I missed my Nightclub Cardio class...5:30am was just too early..LOL So I did the Women's Curcuit for 30 minutes. This was just what I needed. My thighs are still sore, so certain machines really helped with working that soreness out!! Now I don't know if you guys remember me telling you the issuse I had with Jumping Jacks on Monday...well I get to the section where normally you do Jumping Jacks (in the curcuit room) and guess what they had? A darn Jump Rope...I picked that up and I just looked at the Jump Rope!!! I was like Wednesday, Thursday, Friday!!! So I said how hard can this be!!! VERY HARD.....I tell you please don't take for granted the things you could do as a child!! So I decided not to make a fool out of myself with that Jump Rope, and did 45 seconds of Jumping Jacks. WOW what a difference 2 days can make..so I'm sure I"ll master Jumping Rope next week. I'm laughing, but I'm so embrassed because I didn't realize I was so out of shape. But that's alright because this time next year...my job will be asking me to make workout videos!!!


Hair: Well...Penny is in a puff!!! I really don't know why, but she'll be back in a washNgo tomorrow.

I'm in the process of narrowing down the products that are really staples for me. This means I will be cleaning out my stash and posting products for swaps and give-a-ways real soon. Keep your eyes open.
