The neutral look is gorgeous on you Serenity! I used to color when I was relaxed but seeing your color is giving me that urge again but I'm trying to wait until after my year anniversary.

Your color is amazing!!! They did a great job and they are right about your hair looking even better when its curly. Maybe I'll finally try getting color. You're an inspiration

Loving that navy eye liner and neutral look. I'm heading over to MAC this weekend and it's a must try!

Hey Beauties!
I know I've been MIA. Life happens. Plus I haven't really been doing much different. I'm loving my hair and well, just enjoying the summer. Here's a couple photos from this past week. I leave on Thursday to go to New Orleans for a week. I'm going HOME! I can't wait. In addition, I'll be attending the DST Convention so I'll get to see my line sisters, other sorors, etc. and I can't wait! I'm sure I'll take lots of pics b/c I'm planning to have FABULOUS hair!

Hopefully I can do some makeup looks too and I'll post those on the makeup thread.

I can't say I feel like forever natural, but it feels like longer than 13 mos. But it's hard to picture myself w/relaxed hair lol. I have friends who tell me they can't remember my hair straight.

So I am still in N'awlins and having a great time catching up w/all of my family and friends. I twisted my hair and untwisted it on Friday. I've been wearing the same twistout since then. I was worried about how my hair would react to the humidity,but my hair was not phased at all. Here are a few pics. I'm leaving La tomorrow to go to the beach for a couple days. Hopefully I can grab a good book and lay out on the beach and relax. Hope you ladies are having a great week so far!
