Well, I did a mini BC on 3/18 because my hair was short to begin with as you will notice in the pics. When my barber picked my hair out, he was so amazed at how much my hair had grown. I started out with a 1/4 inch of texturized hair (December 24) and by the time of the mini bc, I had about an inch. You probably won't be able to tell because I do have major shrinkage.

I would like to thank all of you ladies for your wisdom and encouragement.

On another note, I was at the mall yesterday and this young lady asked if I had a texturizer! I laughed because for the past 5 years I had been texturizing my hair get the "curly look" and I had it all the time! I styled my hair with Kinky Curly Knot Today, Kinky Curly Curling Custard and Castor Oil.

You look so beautiful TMS. Congrats! Most people don't realize that we don't need texturizers to achieve our curls...we were born with them!
