On to the challenge. I haven't bought anything. I am finally using my Ms jessies products well just the deep conditioner. it worked a lot better this time probably because I have learned how to apply products better and not just pile them on. it worked pretty good. I'm trying to work up the nerve to use the butters and pudding for a wash n go. Until then I'm still doing protective styling.

I threw away my afrosheen moisturizer. I never liked it but for some reason I would go back to it. It left my hair filmy, even when I diluted it. So I put the almost full bottle in the trash.

lol, shee funny cuz i get that often. i pretty much grew up wit my same circle of friends and their parents are like "how in the world did ur crazy azz become a mom". im tellin u, i just freestyle this stuff and i have no idea where it comes from!

DISCLAIMER: the following scenario is NOT my fault...I blame the government.

So...I went home for a visit and my daughter wanted some shoes. We went to TJ Maxx since last time we were there she saw a pair she liked. I walk in the front door and there, sitting in my face is a shelf of Carol's Daughter's products. Lisa's Hair Elixir, Khoret Amen Oil and Healthy Hair Butter for $4.99 and $5.99. You already know where this is going..I bought everything they had left.

Hey ladies. Looks like much hasn't changed. I see confessions and temptations.

I have less than a month left in my challenge. Now that the weather is getting warmer (well, not today), I think I'm going to go back to co-washing 2x during the week and shampooing 1x a week just to use up some stuff. We'll see how that works out.

TravelJ, ur so inspiring!! It was a whoppin 78 degrees today and i wanted to continue my twist out but after i did my 4 mile hike on the bridge so i peeled my clothes off to take a shower and couldnt help but to co-wash my hair!! @Nubie: A 4 mile hike??? Good for you!!! I've been lazy since I've been back. But I've been sick half the time too. So I need to get back to doing some type of activity for exercise this week. I want to capitalize on the weight I lost in Haiti. (Some of the volunteers joked that we felt like we were on The Biggest Loser: Haiti. I'm sure I was consuming less than 1,000 calories a day (probably 500-800) AND I was essentially working out 7 hours a day shoveling, pushing a loaded wheelbarrow, etc.)

Well I tried to stay away from ericas tui review for as long as I could...why did I set myself up!! I'm almost finished with my garnier dc so the tui is officially on my wish list til I finish my garnier AND kbb mask.

Well, it's my turn to confess. I bought two Alba Botanicals conditioners from Whole Foods. They were marked 60% off. If I don't like them, I'll return them. I also purchased HE Color Me Happy. No real reason on that one.

On the flip side, I crossed quite a few things off of my list. I'm going to try really hard not to buy anything else until my challenge ends in about three weeks.
