I think I may need to start this challenge up again. LOL!!

Lol, I have been good..if I purchase something and Sasha doesn't like it I give it away. Can you believe I still have conditioners that I haven't used? I need to give them away too!

i done already started this challenge believe it or not!! im down to just simplify. i got 2 family size pump bottles of aussie moist and smooth, and EO cond w/the pump and some HE, thats all i really need 4 real. i think anything else i need to give away esp since im down to just washin once a week n i use the condish to detangle!

i just recently put my giovanni direct leave-in in my giveway pile becuz between my kbn and db coconut creme im well satisfied with my leave-in's. i can still use oyin HH as my leave-in back up!

I started this challenge a while ago and I'm doing pretty good. My stash is almost gone. I've learned what works for my hair. The products that don't work have been boxed up to send to a friend of mine who went natural a few months ago.

CD hair elixir...i like the hair balm and i know some folks use it as a combo to the elixir but i think it would end up too greasy cuz the hair balm alone gives me more than enuff sheen!

ive definitely dwindled my stash down and only keep the necessities like oils and my top 3's. i dnt think i been buyin products anymore cuz i wanna do another bc but moreso cuz i've been gettin addicted to makeup...EEEK!!

Mostly raw oils and butters that I mix and blend to use on hair, blend with conditioners or on skin.

I rarely use gel so its going to take me a while to go though that. I really don't need to buy more! Its going to be about a month before Ill need conditioner again. I'm fine with shampoo. I do have an Oyin and Darcy's order coming in, but they are both small orders - I've never used their products before.

I'm going to give this challenge a go! I have so much stuff up and downstairs that I will need to get a pen and pad to track it all to jot down here. I'll make some time do that and return later with a new post with a list of my stash. Cool idea!

Goals: 1. Give away or swap items once my hair determines it does not work for it
2. To have some doggone sense when it comes to hair product purchases. It is so NOT this serious - SHEESH!!!

Note: Ladies, I am so glad this challenge was created, after I had taken full inventory of all my items I felt so very ashamed that I was THIS! out of control. I was a product junkie before going natural and some of the items are things that lingered from my relaxed days. I can say that a good portion of the items are products I received as free giveaways at hair meet ups, not just the sample items either, full sizes too. I go to the good meet ups and events LOL! But anyway, I am done with purchases until I remove at least 90% of my inventory. However, I will receive "free" samples if an opportunity presents itself. A number of these items my hair didn't care for or are unopened and I have no interest in them so I've decided to give them away to friends and perhaps a Women and Children Shelter. This list is simply one word: RIDICULOUS! Ya'll pray for me because, as you can see below, I have a problem. Now let the healing begin...

LOL! Yes girl I have all of this mess in my possession. I have a bunch of stuff in my master bathroom and a ton of stuff under the sink in the kitchen. I just compiled the list this morning so I haven't had a chance to give items away just yet. Although, I did throw some things away that didn't make the list. I have some natural coworkers and friends that I'm going to give some of the stuff to, the other products I'll give to a downtown Atlanta shelter. Girl, I was and still am so embarrassed to have to put this list up here after seeing the other ladies reasonable amount of items. I'm glad I took inventory though because now I am truly conscious of my "illness." I knew I had it bad but not to this level - insanity it is! Recovery is near though, I'm on the path.

Not so much for the bigger events. But there are quite a few others that range from about 50-300 people that are FREE or only $5-$10 for entry. I attend events that are in the surrounding area States too. I love day trips and weekend getaways. That is how I have acquired so many free products. LOL! Middle and South Georgia, Charlotte NC, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and North Florida have awesome events. I'll keep you in the know when a FREE or low cost event is offered.
