Good morning curlies!!!

Its been a couple of days since ive posted but nothing new has actually taken place with my hair.... OH I think i might be protein sensitive but I don't know.... I used the ORS deep penetratiting conditioner as a leave in and left it in for about 1 1/2 hours and afterwards I didn't like how my hair felt. I had to cowash with HEHH afterwards to make it feel a little better.....

But I think i did find my staple products that I like and a deep conditioner mix that i might just have to use a couple of time to see where it goes...

1st: my staples:
-- co wash with HEHH: let it sit on my hair the duration of my shower. mixed with tea tree oil, jojoba oil and olive oil
-- rinse and then cowash again with HE TOtally Twisted. That conditioner makes my curls really defined and my fro looking really curly.
-- then i put some leave in conditioner in after.
-- Garnier Frutis if going to sleep (its thicker and creamier)
-- or Infusium 23 for wash n go's

im starting tothink my hair doesn' tlike shea butter or i can only use it for my twists... I get little whities in my hair when i just use it for a wash n go. thats a bummer because i do love shea butter
----------------
okay the deep conditioner
-- last night i cowashed my hair with HEHH then I put silk elements megasilk olive moisturizing treatment, tea tree oil, avocado oil and....... coconut oil in my hair and let it sit while i washed..... LADIES!!!! my hair was nice and soft and felt like butter when i was detangling or combing through. SOOO i think i want to use it as a deep conditioner and leave it in my hair a little longer with maybe some castor oil (what you guys think about that?) in it.......

Gonna try my hand at twists again on Thursday!

Your hair sounds like mine. I can co wash with protein conditioners and do deep conditioning treatments with protein for about 30 minutes but using it as a leave in is a BIG p_nuttie43: Call me Peanut - Page 4 Kopfschuettel p_nuttie43: Call me Peanut - Page 4 Kopfschuettel p_nuttie43: Call me Peanut - Page 4 Kopfschuettel !!!

OMG OMG Edison. You are takin me way back. I didn't stay that long to go to high school I came to georgia my 8th grade year. Sad left all my friend behind. I know of edison. The high school i was supposed to was Clovis West if I remember correctly. I went to Kastner for Junior high. and Nelson for elementary. idk if you are familiar with those.... I would love to hang out if I ever found myself back there. And thanks for the compliment. And your friend must look good if she look like me JK.

so after looking at everyone's twist outs i finally got the motivation to do my own. So last night I stayed up till 1am doing 2strand twists.

1st I: cowashed with shikai everyday natural conditioner, then deep conditioned with Giovanni 50/50 conditioner with tea tree oil, olive oil, vitamin E oil, castor oil & Coconut oil
-- let it sit on my hair under a plastic bag and turbie towel for 1 hour
-- then washed out..... it was so nice and clean!!!!

2nd: twisted hair with shea butter mix and ic gel.....
