GOOD CURLY MORNING TO ALL:

Sorry for the delay. Here are the pics of my first hairstyle curly:





I unraveled with an avocado, jojoba, sweet almond oil. Then placed curls where I wanted it to go. I think it looks ok for my first go around. I expect it will improve over time.

Tonight I am going to ask my DH to do my eyebrows... . Haven't been done in a year. I was growing them out too.

Hey there, thank you lady. I actually measured when I read your post. I have about 5-6 inches all around. The crown being the longest.

Thank you. I do agree with you. I have never wore short hair in my life. I would have never thought I would look good in it. But I really love it. I really really do.

GOOD MORNING DOLLS:

Well, I want to start out by saying thank you to everyone for your support and kind words. You really know how to make a new curly feel good....... .

Update on my fitness. I have lost 7 lbs with cycling, treadmill workout, pilates, and weight training combos twice a week, sometimes 3 on rare occasion. Because of this consistance and minimizing my portion size of food, my clothes fit better, I feel stronger, and my mind feels more focused and stronger. The latter is the best part of why I work out. When you are working out and your body screams NO MORE PLEEAAASSEE. The brain kicks in and says YOU CAN DO IT!!! JUST ONE MORE MINUTE!! JUST ONE MORE TIME!!! YOU CAN DO IT!! DO IT!! DO IT!!! DO IT!!! And guess what, you do it.... . My focus, concentration, and self disciple is getting much better and I believe exercise is to be credited.

My hair is bigger today. I love it. My husband complimented me today. Saying my face really pops now and he likes that. Then of course he begins to take credit for everythingby saying, he told me to stop perming my hair so often which brought me to become totally natural . He is so full of it, BUT I love him and he can say whatever he wants now. It's ok with me..... .
I woke up spritzs with horsetail/peppermint tea, tea tree/lavender eo mix. Scrunched and picked out with my hands. Then put avocado, jojoba, and sweet almond oil mix on my hands and did the same thing. AND THAT IS IT!!!! OH NATURAL HAIR IS GREAT!!!!
