UGH...i really hate bein a grown up right now! i got paid today and im still broke im hangin on for dear life til TAX TIME...there is at the end of the tunnel. be that as it may...god is still good...all the time! one good tip an old head told me when i was 18 n moved out was "anybody can give u food...but aint NOBODY gonna pay ur rent" funny thing is...that is oh so true!

anyhoo...im on the hunt for NEETHAIR becuz today shoulda been the day for her BC furthermore, my gf told me, my stylist responsible for my amber rose cut last year is lurking around here cuz she's transitioning this is soooo awesome becuz when she cut my hair she was givin me the "i wanna go natural BUT" excuse so im so excited she's finally on board and sees "the vision"

im not gonna do much this weekend but slap on some cellophane (red) and try to work on my wng cuz im still in the mood to wear my hair OUT esp while the weather is still nice!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's eagerly waiting on tax time. Baby needs/wants new tattoos.

miiiiiikaaaa looove the new avi, lol. giiiirl i cant wait for tax time i just wanna restock my savings acct n pay the rest of my small bills off...thats IT (other than my kitchen remodel)

January will be here before you know it and you will be playing in Bianca while chillin on your sectional. I've been lurking on your blog and was rotfl @ the post about teen pictures. Every picture of my 13 year daughter & her friends looks like that-smh.

I know that you have used both DB Vanilla Stying Cream and Oyin S&D. I wanted to ask you which one you like best. I have used the S&D and it's ok, but I love the other products I got from DB and was wondering if I should give it a try.

@freckles; lol girl these teens are a mess! and ur so right, Jan will be here before we know it, eeek!! now u would ask me the million dollar question on which one i like better... dnt make me choose but i would HAVE to say, if i had a gun to my head, DB vanilla cream becuz its thicker and more moisturizing thanx to the butter. the s&d is a lighter consistency so id have to pair it with something like the burnt sugar, vs the db vanilla i can use alone! im almost out of my sample bottle of the coconut transitioning creme and i gotta hold out til blk friday (or later) to re-up but i DEFINITELY need this in my life!!

@knh; umm...excuse me Miss Queen Afroveda but YOU should have all the butters, i mean u are like right down the street from her AND u goin to the hair show she's attending but no the only butter i tried from there was the Totally Twisted almond ginger in my early twa days. it was in the days where it seperated, i see she fixed that but im not press to try it again! ESP wit the price hikes and i dont care WHAT she says about the inflation of her supplier, im NOT payin no dmn 20-nothing for an 8 oz. im still mad i paid $16 from kbb for that dmn deep cond bottle that i have away i got too many other jars of butters to go through before i venture off and revisit this line...again! by THEN maybe she'll have found a cheaper source.

ok so i did my wng this wknd...i was NOT please wit the results. i think its becuz i thought too much into the process. normally i can hop out the shower n dowse my hair in gel to keep the curls in place wit minimal frizz, often times when im NOT tryin to wng, it comes out perfectly wit NO product added i dont know what i did wrong and i need to head over to sweets for updated instructions cuz her n chrs helped me perfect my PERFECT wng as my twa was growin out...

im just NOT feelin it, dnt know why


it was a shrunken mess and reminded me of damon wayans in that lil azz fro from living color


however, after it dried out i enjoyed the bigness of it


so after i sectioned and tried to ATTEMPT the wng again but puttin the gel on per section, i didnt like how it felt n washed it out and did something quick...





im not gonna give up on the return of the wng!! i will NOT **superman stance** i used the cellophane a day before, which ive given up on! im just gonna do the box color when i get a chance but will probably henna first since its already in my cabinet. i dc'd w/MJ rapid recovery and i think i've been so spoiled by DB n hairveda mask that i wasnt that amazed i friggin LOVE this stuff and i hadnt used it in a while so i will definitely be goin back to it next week to confirm my fallout. if its true that we've grown apart i'll be on the lookout for another #3 for my TOP 3's!

i coiled w/MJ buttercreme and eco and i must say...im quite impressed with how glossy and soft they are. it took me an hour to get done and i didnt intend to keep em long so i'll do my coil out probably tomorrow. although i have nothing against MJ and i actually wanna try the curly pudding, its not a MUST have and i got plenty of butters readily available to support my styles!

Your blog is the bomb--I enjoy it very much. Agent Zero, don't get me started--looking like a daggone bomb. I missed the BET Hip Hop Awards even though I wanted to see my girls Salt n Pepa. They were on The Mo'Nique Show Monday night. I was up and dancing--love them.

I love the transitioning cream too. I have the full size which is more than 1/2 gone, but I'll be rationing that out until Black Friday. I love the coils. You can really see how much your hair has grown.

i just did the coil out with hairveda's avosoya oil (has vitamin e) on my hands n went to work. right now, im enjoying just fluffin it out and its definitely moisturized. i'll probably wash it out on monday after i drop mason off at school cuz after about Day 3, MJ's has my head itchin!!
