That dag on Tangle Teezer is completely out in my area. I called about 10 Sally's yesterday and was told the Sally warehous is out of stock. They haven't been able to keep w/demand. I'm doing some more checking today. Great review.

Yes the tangle teezer seems impossible to find now. As for the dryness have you switched products lately? Also you may want to try baggying your hair at night to add moisture back into your hair.

Thank you, I promise I will do the how to the next time I do it. It was kind of a last minute decision when I decided to do my hair that way.

Hey Big Sis, I love that I found you on you-tube. Your hair is so full and pretty. I would give my right arm for thick hair, mine was thin when I was permed and it is thin now. I want fat hair so bad, but I have learned to love my curls just the way they are then and bueatiful. I will see you around.

Thank you, but believe me the grass is not always greener. Thick hair takes more work especially the more it grows out. I am glad that you are embracing your curls because each of us has hair which is unique in its own way. Some people want thick hair and I look at others and wish that I could put mine up in a bun and go sometimes, sigh, one day (lol).

I attended Curly Nikki's meetup in Atlanta this weekend and it was fun and exciting!! To see that many naturals in one room was mindblowing. As Nikki mentioned on the front page there were a quite a few bloggers and naturals from Youtube. Cassidie from the Naturalselection blog, Nikkimae, Heathernicole, Mahogonyknots, Summyr1988, Michelle from Naturallycurly.com, Jessie of Jessicurl products.

I did take pictures and I'm putting together a pictorial now, but you may have seen some of the pics from the front page because everyone was taking pictures. I didn't take as many as I wanted because I was too busy running my mouth (lol). Its not everyday that you find that many natural heads in one room and everyone loves to talk about hair. Anywho we did get some goodies. Samples of some Curls products and a sample of the Jessicurl Too shea Conditioner. The people from SheaMoisture gave away a full size set of the Organic Coconut and Hibiscus Shea Butter Body Lotion and Soap. Below is a pic I took with Nikki and Baby Gia

Oh and Curlformers are easy. I'm soooo styling challenged (remember me a year ago lol) so if I can do it anyone can. They're easier than rollers to me because you don't have to worry about holding and then pinning. You do it all in one step.

I will definitely look into the Curlformers. I've always been curious about them they just seemed so difficult to use but I guess they aren't.
