Hey Ryl and thank you. Yes I am loving this Carefree Curl as my moisturizer. Its funny that me and my sisters used to laugh when my mom had a jerri curl back in the day but this stuff is the ish!

Hey Fabulous I also replied in your thread but I do spay my twists daily to keep them from getting dry. You can use any liquid leave-in or make your own moisturizer to spray your cornrows with. Keep them moisturized to prevent breakage.Don't get them soaking wet but make sure they are moisturized and seal with an oil.

Hey Girl I know what you mean about not buying products, believe me I know its hard. I have enough conditioners and stylers to last me for awhile. I told myself the only thing I could buy was my beloved Qhemet's products whenever she has a sale again but until then I am using up what I have now. I like the fact that the CFC is also cheap and leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturized.

Ummm I dont even know what to say. Girl those things look good enuff to weat. LOL. So plump and juicy. carefree curl huh? do tell.

Hey Crissy thanks! Yes I've been mixing the CFC with water and spraying my twists with it. Basically using it as my moisturizer. Glycerin is at the top of the ingredient list and is supposed to be moisturizing for the hair. So far its working for me.

I wore my twists and untwisted on Saturday but I didn't take pics this week . Which is unusual for me because I'm always taking pictures. Right now I am sitting with my deep conditioner in my hair. I shampooed earlier with Trader Joes TTT and deep conditioned with Kenra moisturizing treatment and I added Olive Oil to my deep conditioner. I will be putting my twists in later tonight and I am going to attempt to flat twist the front of my hair. I don't know how its going to turn out but I am trying to get better at flat twisting. Like they say practice makes perfect.

I bet it is going to look great, your hair always does.

Ok now I remember why I don't like doing my hair at night, I get tired and don't do what I intended to. I envy those who can watch tv while they twist their hair but I have to stand in front of the mirror to see what I'm doing. I had planned to attempt flat twisting the front of my hair last night and had even parted and sectioned off the front portion. Since I'm new at flat twisting and it takes me longer to do I got frustrated and simply twisted the front of my hair towards the front.



Oh well maybe I will have a nice bang when I do my twist-out. I will be attempting the flat twists again but during daylight hours when I'm not ready to go to bed.

Drooling...the hair looks so good!! They look heavy. Are they heavy? LOL!! Mine only get heavy when I twist them wet. I love thick, heavy twists!! Yours look so good! Oh, I said that already.

Looking good girl, tired or not! I usually flat twist mine toward the front of my face. That is how I trained my hair to fall the way I want... Do you do that? Can't wait to see the twist out. I know it will be dope.

Thank you and no they're not heavy (lol)! When I twist them my hair is ususally damp but not soaking wet.

Thank you Lynne! I didn't flat twist them towards the front this time. It is easier doing it that way than flat twisting towards the back which I am trying to accomplish. Off to check the dancer video!!
