Shower Filters: Kinky Hair Must

Well I got the ghetto and it's hard to deal with water. Where sewage comes into the toilet and almost every other month fills my bathtube bad plumbing. No telling what it is doing to my hair. I wish I could move, but since I move I not afford to own it and no one can rent a place like this.

I'm happy I ran into this thread. I've been wanting a shower filter for some time now! The only thing is are they universally sized? Like how will I know which one to get and if it will fit on my exsiting shower head? Help!
