Go to Walmart! I just went there and in their clearance section where the fake flowers are they had awnings and wreaths for $1 with a variety of flowers on them to make a bunch of hair clips.

Yes I twist on wet hair. I haven't twisted on dry hair yet actually ... I thought it would take too long! But this time it wasn't wet with water, just with product which still made it very "wet" (if that makes any sense )

That's a good idea!!! The Dollar Store/Dollar Tree/99 cent City usually has flowers and you get a whole bouquet for $1. That's where all mine have come from so far

Just got caught up on your weekend!! I love, love, love those earrings!! You twist out was on point!!! To be young and have soo much energy!! I remember the time (way long ago) when I would go out, come in about 2 or 3 in the morning and get right back up at 6am Sunday to be in the choir stand for 7:30am services. Those were the day!!!

I'm sorry about the NAS concert. He's going to be here at the end of the month with Damien Gong. My GF and I are trying to get tickets but there are some other shows that are happening around the same time that we're trying to hit up too....I LOVE SUMMER!!!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay for graduation!!! Yaaaaay for the real world...you may miss college life but real life is way more ...idk REAL. It's great.
Being an adult is pretty great.

I love Hawaiian rolls. I am right there with Chrs tho, I can eat pack by myself and derail all my bikini hopes and dreams, lol. Your twistout on Sunday looked good and I like the ponytail with the flat twisted bang. Is that everything? Lol.

You're so right about the rolls though! I've been doing so good on eating better and I can tell because everyone else keeps telling me that I'm losing weight so that's a plus. And bread is my weakness too. Along with cheese and ice cream

Thanks so much!!! I'm definitely glad I have lots of energy and can function on a few hours of sleep (which I'm doing right now) because it's definitely useful. But only because I major in procrastination

No I didn't do a length check but I can feel a difference in my hair already! It actually feels longer and it was ridiculously easy to comb which is wonderful. I think I'm getting to the height of my healthy hair at this point which is so exciting

yeah I think you got everything! Nas was actually a good performer I just can't deal with smoke. They were passing out flyers for the show with Damien too at the concert but I probably won't be able to make it ... If you and your GF go I hope you guys have a blast though!!!!

Well it's Tuesday!!

I woke up and did not do a single thing to my hair!
It is exactly the same as yesterday - twisted ponytail with the SAME flower lol

I want to do a reflection post sometime this week, probably Friday just like IB did because I like that idea I hope you guys are having a blessed day!

It's a beautiful Wednesday and I love it!!!

I have a little update: I made my twists into mini twists (well my version of them anyway)! And here's what I did:

1. I took one twist and untwisted it.
2. I added Soft Sheen Carson Instant Moisturizer.
3. I added shea butter (whipped with jojoba oil, from Harmony on youtube.
4. I finger detangled that untwisted piece.
5. I twisted that section into 4 twists.

That's it! Here are some pictures

They are sooooo soft! I really love them a lot This twist challenge is definitely been helpful so far and I hope that everyone else that's in a challenge has been reaping some benefits too
