What did you buy...November 2010?

I know it's only the first, but some of us have started already What did you buy or what are you planning to buy this month?

I plan to buy a cheap clarifying shampoo to wash my yarn braids...probably Suave.

Well...I have serious PJism so I bought Shea Moisture hair masque and coconut and hibiscus last week at Target....the jury is still out on these...Im not sure my hair likes them but I will give each of them another go before I decide. I henna'd Sunday so I bought Suave Naturals conditioner to wash the henna out and after all of this I forgot to buy a brush so I have to go get one before I wash my hair again!

I bought Shea Moisture hair masque and I plan to buy a clarifying shampoo. I'm still thinking about buying the caruso steam rollers or maybe some curl formers. Perhaps I can find something on sale on Black Friday. We'll see.

I just bought giovanni direct leave in & jane carter shampoo I also bought some my honeychild deep olive oil conditiner (my daughter hasnt picked up for me yet )

I want to buy some unrefined shea butter I still dont have a regime yet so Im still trying things Trying not to b a PJ

I just ordered some curl junkie daily fix cleansing conditioner and curl queen today. I'm experimenting with curl junkie now, so if it works out I will buy some more of their products this month. I also need to get some henna.

I will be stocking up on 100% pure aloe vera gel and Fantasia ic hair polisher styling gel. They're great together! My hair has never had so much volume after shingling!

Nothing yet. My only plans are to buy some shea butter, and dr bronners castile soap. I made a new batch of flax seed gel yesterday

I restocked on my stable products for the month..this should last me till the end of the months (hopefully)

I just bought the Qhemet Biologics Burdock Root butter cream. It is my third product in two weeks I think from QB...Love it love it love it....oh and I love it...That is all

I bought Curly Q's Moist Curls Moisturizer. It says it is a daily Detangler and Leave-in/Second Day Curl Refresher. So far so good. It says it has no: sulfates, silicones, parabens, mineral oil or petrolatum.

I'm looking to get some more samples from some of these companies like Jasmine bath & beauty and Ori Organics just not sure if it will be soon.

Just might order this Shea Moisture from Amazon since I can't find it at my target stores..

I just realized I'm out of henna so I gotta stock up on that quick, fast and in a hurry! I also have to get more JBCO and I want to try hibiscus powder.

When I decided to go natural, I bought soooo much stuff, I probably won't need to buy anything else for several months. BUT... ...I don't have any aloe vera gel, so I'll probably get that soon. I bought some curl activator gel Sunday, because I want to try a twa style I saw on youtube; but once I got home, I discovered it contains glycerin, which I guess I should be avoiding during the colder, drier months. So it'll sit on a shelf until next spring.

Today I bought YTC Shampoo (travel size), Giovanni's Tea Tree Tingle Conditioner (sample size), Giovanni's Deeper Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner ( on sale for $5.99) and Kinky Kurly Come Clean Shampoo. I'm now waiting for the Black Friday event with Qhemet Biologics and will be stocking up on some JBCO when we go home to NY for the Thanksgiving holiday.

I wanted to try the vo5 and it was on sale at CVS for $.77 so I bought a couple bottles.

I guess this is the great thing about protective styles...I've bought nothing so far!! LOL

However, I do plan to make a few purchases on Black Friday!! Of course..LOL

I bought some Garnier Fructis products. Target had some special buys marked down to $2.08. I think my hair like the hair milk so I may be buying a big bottle of that very soon.

I got some Dominican Conditioner.. Called Nacidit Super Conditioner I think.. It's PH balanced when I steam with Dominican conditioner my hair feels like butta

I haven't bought any products this month. I find that I'm not going through as much now that my hair is in protective styles 5 days of the week. When I was doing daily cowashes over the summer, I was using a lot of products..... Yet, another benefit of protective styling..............

I should be ashamed of myself. Thus far I have purchased Shea Moisture coconut and hibiscus hair smoothie, Cantu leave in conditioner, 2 sample size packets of Henna and Protein DC, and a small container of Ms Jessie rapid recovery, Curls styling Pomade as well as their growth oil. Not to mention I just received my Curls sample kit with the Gel-les'c product! The saddest part about this is that I ran into a curly at Target (who thank God told me styling products are optional and leave in's are awesome). I came home re-washed my hair even thought i styled it only two days prior, mixed a squeeze or two of all the leave in conditioners I have acquired, some curls hair moisturizer and a wee bit of eco styler... That was my first WNG EVER and I absolutely love it! Now I have all these products (unopened and unused) but i think i found what works for me...
