omg lynn, i looked at her page like five times a day all week for last weeks weekend show and it never came lol, i PRAY theres a new one tomorrow. One thing i really wanted to see was the comments about Diary of a Tired Black Man Very Happy

Jamaica,

I've heard henna thickens the hair! (I've only done glosses so I can't speak for a full henna) But you can give that a whirl, if you haven't already done so. It's also good for shedding as well.

Also amla treatments are also good for thickening up your thin locks. I've been doing Amla treatment for 3 straight weeks now.

Both are good for making the hair strands stronger. I hope this helps!

Oooh thanks! I actually have a box of Henna but haven't used it yet. I think the process intimidates me for some reason. I have to see if I have Amla in my stash...I did do a DT with some Brahmi the other day. I know it says it will make your hair more dense. I wonder how often I'd have to do Amla or Brahmi before I start seeing a difference...weekly?

I can see how henna can be intimidating, hence why I've only done the glosses so far. =)

When I did my henna gloss, the 3rd go round, I added amla to it b/c I had slight curl loosening the first few times.

I tried Brahmi with my last Amla treatment this weekend. I'm still trying to figure out how often before I notice the thickening myself. I've used Amla the past 3 weekends and I have loved it. I have fine hair myself and love BIG hair (crazy right? LOL)
