I really need to work out tonight, but I just don't have the motivation to do it. I only worked out twice last week, and so far only once this week. And I've been eating like crazy. I've got to get back on track or I'll start gaining again. Neutral

The rant made me snap my head back like "Say what?!" lol. I seriously don't see where Anonymous was coming from. I can respect her opinion but I just don't understand. Comparing makeup and deodorant and nail polish... I think Anonymous is getting the reaction she wanted.

TiffNOTany you are SO right. My feeling is this: if you don't want to feel excluded, mosy-on-down to a blog that caters to "overall haircare." She acts like this is high school and all the curly haired girls are at one table and the non curlies/non natural are seated on the other side and no one talks to them. Love is love. Love the hair you're in! When she went on about that daggone nail polish and deodorant, I was like ok, she is REALLY reaching here!

Straighten as in blowdry/rollerset?

You can do a rollerset. It's less heat than the blowdry/flat iron combo.
I had my hair straight for my friend's wedding last weekend. It's ok to straighten, just be careful. Use a heat protectant.

I went to the State Fair for lunch! I havent over eaten like that in a long time and dont plan to do that again!!! I ate around 1 o clock and I am still full like I just ate a few minutes ago (almost 6pm here). pale

A coworker asked me how long I plan to do the "natural experiment". Really?!? I told her that this is ME and I'm going to let it do what it wants forever+1 day. I suppose I could have shown some interest in her 'do and ask when she plans to ditch the Aquanet/"Living on a Prayer"/Jersey Hair combo. *smiling sweetly*
