I've been stalking your thread trying to get thru all the comments for days now..I'm sorry to hear about ur friend..I lost my boyfriend about 3 years ago, while he was playing for the 49ers..i'm praying for you and ur loss...ur hair is great and i'm really inspired by you and all of the ladies on the site..

I havent felt like posting much so Ive been just reading...but anywho! On a lighter note!

Soooo...I hope everyone is doing well...ive been stalking threads on the low lol

ok so Mandy is doing much better since I was last on here..!

Her moisture levels are back on point! I took chrs's advice to use a humectant first before the protein treatment and it worked like a charm! so when i did my regular protein treatment the results were fab! my hair was so soft and bouncy and elasiticy (if thats even a word)

The humectant i was using, well its not really a humectant but it has humectants in it, is Karen Body Beautiful products..

I love love love her products!! The temps have really warmed up here and it really softens my hair! Im so in with the HAIR MILK cranberry cocktail! I love the hair milk period!

however, I think ive used to much of the products that my hair has some minor build up...i really need to shampoo...

Today is so not a good hair day and I have a meet up to go to...oh lawd what shall I do??? Im at work all day too!

Mandy's Mood

I think i got my girl back !! she is feeling alot better and is sooo low maintenance.

I recently found a Trader Joe's in my area! Soooo of course i had to purchase trader joe's nourishing spa! ooohhh lalalaaa...ill save that for a review in the future when i use it this week to see how it really worked

We had a curly meet up this past weekend and it was awesome!!!! omg there are so many natural beauties out here!! OMG!

well Im just on here rambling...so..until later... (im trying to insert a pic...not working right now...)

My Mandy is Breezy! (like how calvin says it on the Payne's..)

ok so ive been doing some serious thinking when it comes to my tresses...I keep the same reggy (twists) but tend to change up on products (conditioners) often..I get bored and easily and take it out on my hair...

My most recent change is a lil dream in a bottle i purchased..Trader Joe's nourishing spa

can u say spa in a bottle! OMGEEEEEEEe i love this stuff! like its sooo lightweight and thick! (i love thick conditioners) it coated every last one of my strands..and was so light! i used this product for a week and no build up..and its soo fresh and so clean clean!

The price is so right! $2.99...! BUT it has some ingredients at the bottom (something Parabens) that im not too hot about but oh what the Heck! My hair was so soft and clumped and i it!

I really want to treat my hair right and be constant with it for a while..so i have put myself on a challenge...(hopefully it will work out) ...

but this is a pic of my hair on wash day..and me looking like eww

even though my hair doesnt look its best right now.(the sides are so matted down ).im happy with the progress...!

Oh ! and im starting to love the look of flat twist!
