What are like the basic things you need for a TWA?

basic for a twa:

-WATER (refreshes my twa instantly)

-Gel( to help define curls and lay down my baby hair)

-Daily Moisturizer-this is a must! many ladies experience dry hair after the BC! (I haven't Thank God!) having a daily moisturizer to either spray or rub through your hair is a good way to prevent dry brittle hair throughout the day..and keep breakage away

-Accessories: I loooove earring!! I love how cute they look with my twa..I also love scarves and hats

Just drove up to NC! 13 hours of craziness that's all I can say LOL

How insane is it that I'm gonna be a college student in a couple of days??

aaahhhhh! i'm finally at college! and the freshman orientation was crazy long!!!

Thanks RayRay19. Idk if i'm even going to big chop anymore though. All the new transition styles i've been doing with my hair has been very cute and I just don't think i'm ready. I still value peoples oppinions around me, telling me i'll look a hot mess, even though I want to not care at all [because its for me & not them]. It's probably because i've never had short hair before. Lol i'm over-reacting.

Lol, I agree! I get a lot of compliments, some girls do hate bit idc.Imma do me. <3 and before school i was so worried, but it was like nothing. Still trying to manage how to care for my hair though. It can get soo dry and frizzy sometimes.Gr.

Tired of hearing girls of color complain about their getting frizzy an hour or two after they straighten it with a flat iron. And I can barely keep from yelling at them to just wear it naturally! Then you wouldn't have to worry about it getting that way. Makes me mad...

Hi I just needed to spazz for a moment; I would like to retire for college indefinitely. There's just SO MUCH Reading! And so much stuff to do and how the hell can you have 5 washing machines and 6 dryers for a building housing approximately 100+ students?! And dammit, why is Orlando raining so much and getting sick is really a pain -____- not mention being quite boyfriend-less
Ugh. I just want my mommy and to be a bum for the better part of my life until I actually have to start contributing to society. I don't mind retiring with only $50 to my name...bah. Good Night, I'm off to write two papers due 2 hours ago...

@ AdriEm- Hang in there. The best is yet to come!! My brother's currently a junior at Auburn University in AL. And he got really discourage to the point that he almost left the school! But my mom just told him to hold tight, it'll be over before you know it!!

Okay, so does anyone know why on earth I have the slowest growth in the middle of my head. I mean its going NO WHERE lol, I want to big chop but the middle of my hair is so stupid! Help :]

maybe that's just how your hair is. My hair grows the opposite way actually. I have a legit 3-4 inches of new growth in the middle but only 2 in the front :/

You can try massaging the area with castor oil. I've been doing that recently and I haven't seen any dramatic results yet (only 2 weeks) but my scalp feels amazing.

soooo ya'll i still have these senegalese twists in and i am so bored! like i cant do anything with my hair and i miss my fro, but as soon as i take these out imma rock my fro for about a week then imma get my hair cut to a fade! yess a fade! i'm ready for something new!
