What is Cherry Lola treatment?

I've read quite a few posts where this was mentioned. Can someone please tell me what this is? Is it a DT? A PT?

It's more of a Protien Treatment, she does not even use a plastic cap, it has protien like yougert, amino acids. So yes Protien all the way.

I tried it once and my hair hated it. It felt dry and stiff, and even after DCing it wasn't it's normal soft self. Maybe it was the amino acids because I've tired regular baking soda and yogurt treatments and they left me with soft, moisturized hair. Or maybe it was the combination of yogurt and baking soda, because I've only used BS with conditioner. Either way, I doubt I will be trying this again.

Thanks ladies! I googled it and saw her youtube video. Looks good but I'm a little hesitant about the baking soda. Last time I put baking soda in my hair to clarify/cleanse I was left with a bunch of frizz!

But my hair does respond well to protien treatments though so I may give it a try. Now I just have to find that liquid amino acid stuff. So sucks that there are no health food stores in my immediate area!

I wonder what would happen if I left out the amino acids like @Moni...

@jamaicacurl: I don't think you'll get the full effects if you left out the amino acids, since that's the main protein component. I've heard of people substituting other types of protein as well.

What other types of protein could I use? Egg maybe?
