Well from what I heard It is what you DC or use a conditioner as a leave in and put a plastic cap over your head for hours or overnight. You curls usually are moisturized and refined:)

Sweet, I did overnight once, but I washed it out the next morning. Oops, I guess that was wrong...lol

Oh, ok...well, I want to do it again. I am started to see better curl pattern in my hair now that I have had a little bit of growth.

I baggy my hair almost every other night or when I'm just sitting around watching TV. If it's not a wash night/day I usually spray my hair with my water/conditioner/oil mix, massage it in, and slap on my shower cap or a plastic bag and just go about my business. HTH!!! Very Happy
