How often do you baggy?

I love to baggy my hair after I moisturize and seal. We know that too much moisture can lead to breakage. This leads me to ask: How often do you baggy? Also, how long do you baggy? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I only used the bagging method once or twice, and that was when I noticed how bad my ends were, so I only did it to my ends after a trim. I basically sealed with a EVOO after moisturizing and tied sandwich bags on the ends, then put on my scarf. I should go back to do it though because it really helped for the couple of weeks that I did them in the winter and the ends are major problem area for me...

I baggy every blue moon, whenever I feel my ends need the extra moisture. I use to baggy my entire head overnight but would wake up with wet hair. Now when I do baggy I just baggy my ends and I only baggy for a few hours 3 to 5 hours to be exact.

I usually only baggy on weeks where I'm wearing a wash-and-go style. I'll baggy overnight, usually 3 or 4 nights a week.

What is the baggy method about? How do you do it?
