Hey Lynn~

I thought about you today...I had to go to TJ Maxx and pick up a few shirts for my youngest son. I didn't get near the section with the lotions and hair products.

I think the Stash your Cash challenge has helped some....I no longer make random trips down the hair product isles at Target, Wal-Mart, or make special trips to the BSS. You know what they say about addition...you trade one for the other..so now I'm buying jewelry like crazy!!!!! Shocked

I need some serious help!!!

(Week 13 Day 1)

Nothing is going on with Roxie. Last night I put on my bonnet and went to bed. Tonight I plan to retwist into chunky twist and seal my ends with my shea butter mix.

My "No Buy" Challenge is over officially today however, I have already made some purchases. I order the trio butters and cassia from butters-n-bars. I am down to the last 4 oz of my shea butter so it was time for that. I got the trio butters because I will be trying to make a mix of MJ Baby Buttercream Knock off. I got the recipe from LadyMika.

Then I ordered some Pooka Pure and Simple. They were offering $3 shipping so I couldnt pass that up. I ordered the Hair Nectar so my hair can shine like Sweet's. I also ordered some of their body butter. Oooo and I got an email today saying my order is on the way :: Lynnieluve :: Baby pics..... - Page 3 Icon_cheers

Now I wont be purchasing anything else until May unless I am almost out of a product.

I ordered some cassia too, I think my hair will benefit a lot from it. I tried henna, love the benefits but I don't like the color change. My hair is light in some areas so it's very noticeable. I actually think I may try indigo towards the end of the year. I want to see my hair color, when it's grown out a bit.

I plan on following Kinky Kurly Queen's method. I think I'll just add coconut oil to it for now, maybe a little honey. I don't want to do too much to it.
