Herbal Essence Hello Hydration and Totally Twisted

Fast forward to 4:45 - she says that the ingredients are different between the big and small bottle of HE TT. Has anyone noticed this?

I'm a fan of that Hello Hydration!!! I love it!!

I got these ingredients from Walgreens.com:

Water , Stearyl Alcohol , Cyclopentasiloxane , Cetyl Alcohol , Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine , Dimethicone , Lavandula Angustifolia Flower/Leaf Stem ExtractLavender , Jade Plant ExtractCrassula Argentea , Fragrance , Glutamic Acid , Benzyl Alcohol , EDTA , Methylchloroisothiazolinone , Methylisothiazolinone , Citric Acid , Ext Violet 2

No propylene glycol, but I just bought the smaller bottle today and it does contain propylene glycol...don't know what's up with that...

I just bought HE HH conditioner last night. And plan on using it as a leave in. But when I was at walmart I was soo confused on which Hello hydration to get they had a shampoo, a conditioner, and a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. Has any one tried the 2 in 1 or shampoo. Or are just using the conditioner?

I think most of us just use the condish.

I use HETT as a leave in w/great results (soft, moisturized, manageable curls). In fact, I used HETT in my avi pic. Dig the fragrance. Never used HEHH, mainly because I'm not a fan of the coconut scent.

I use both HE HH & TT and I'd have to say I lean more towards HH. It smells soooo yummy and provides good moisture. I have the 2-n-1 (shampoo/conditioner). My hair type is around 4a/b. I'm not too crazy about TT- gives me a lot a shrinkage and tighter curls than desired (but then again, I left it in...iono). When it runs out I'm gonna try tousle me. Anyone have good experiences with that one?

I, like you, wondered what the fuss was all about and ended up getting both. I recommend it - 2 for $10 @ Wal-Mart, girl!

I tried the tousle me and I didn't care for it. Definitely not for a leave-in or styler. It left my hair dry. I added some stuff to cowash with it because I wasn't going to throw it away. Actually, I cowashed, shaved my legs and scrubbed my feet with it ;p

Are you doing anything about the sulfates in the shampoo?

Check out this video to fix your sulfate shampoos. I use this to fix my sulfate body washes as well.

I've been natural for years now, but am just now truly learning how to care properly for my hair and what's good and bad for it.

Lol@ sisterboyd I guess you said you are going to get your moneys worth. I dont blame you one bit. I need to take that idea on for some of my conditioners that didnt work.

BMari3, girl you gotta make it work for you until its gone. You paid your money! That would be just shameful to let it go to waste. Actually, bad conditioners make really good solvants for foot scrubs. And they come in really handy in the summer as I scrub my feet in the shower almost every day. However, I really don't have any bad conditioners right now so I'll be out of luck this summer.

Walgreens has all their HH poos and cons 3/$10! I got two Hello Hydrations and a None of your Frizzness.

I have only tried the TT gel and mousse and they both flake and make my hair hard. However, I do like the conditioner and continue to use that. I will definitely be making a trip to Target to purchase HH to see some results.

I'm not sure how long their sales run but I was in CVS today and the 12oz bottles of Herbal Essence are 2 for $5, which is pretty much buy one get one free because it's usually $4.50ish a bottle there. I got a few bottles of HH conditioner and a bottle of the TT because I want to try it.

I went into CVS and saw the same sale so I bought a bottle of HEHH and the re-moisturizing(?)one. I figure it's a great way to try something new. If it don't like it I won't feel like I wasted a whole bunch of money on hair products.

I have never tried the TT, but I love the HH. I have never used it as a leave-in and I do love the smell.
