My hair is still looking good. I took some of my whipped shea butter and rubbed it into my hands and scruged (spell check) it into my hair and pulled the curls out. It felt so good to do...lol

@Lynn and TJ, I tucked all the curls back into the rolls and tried to pile it high on my head. Slept with a satin bonnet and slep carefully...lol. This style is like my wet rod set but better because it gives me texture, so it doesn't mess up as easily. LOVE IT!!!

Yes TJ, 2 months away as of the 17th of this month. I am soooo excited and I think ready.

It's funny you say that. A car full of white high school boys pulled up next to my truck yesterday and tried to hit on me and the first thing they talked about was the hair.....lol.

I can also apply this scripture to my 3rd day hair because it is still looking good!!!!LOL. LOVE IT!!!

I guess because the curlys were so tight and I left the rollers in so long, about 3 days.

I'm so glad my nephews don't like Chuckie Cheese. They like this place called Incredible Pizza, which I really like too b/c they have a lot of games I can play. I can't wait to go later this month for my nephews 5th b-day!

Well, this Chuckie Cheese use to be like what you described but now it's remodeled and better than ever. It is truely somewhere the whole family can go and have fun.

I don't know what I could have done. I just used the same conditioners I always do. The only thing diff is that new whipped shea butter mix I whipped up and applied to my hair. But I don't want to claim that until I have used it again. It just may be the length of time I left those rollers in. Who knows but I love it!!!

Terrfic Thursday morning:


Today (day 4 hair), I put some regular bobby pins on each side of my hair and pushed it evn further up. I apply my shea mix and a little IC gel. I fluffed the rest of the hair with my whipped shea mix.
