Thank you so much KNH. I get kind of scared sometimes though when I wash. It feels so much different than it looks but I will try not to judge until my permed hair is gone.

Good snowly morning here in NJ:

Yes lightly snowing again. Suppose to be heavier later today.

The verse above is on relevant to me because I am very anxious about this BC as well as the BC of my partner in BC, Blond By Desire. But I have to just relax and be thankful.(sigh)

Anyway, my hair is still in the high ponytail. Nothing new. I am sleeping on a satin pillowcase then wetting the hair with horsetail tea and applying whipped shea butter mix to hair to smooth edges. My scalp has not itched in awhile so I haven't oiled since my wash. I will probably oil again on Wednesday because of the castor oil challenge.

I did the BLOGTALK recorded show last night. It was a 2 hour session. It was suppose to be 1 hour...lol . I was so nervous, but the host said I did well. I was also very happy because the host told us that she has decided to go natural also. So she will be transitioning. This was one of the ladies that reviewed my transition album on facebook. So she started to do her own research via the websites I provided on the facebook album and made the decision to do it. YIPPEEE!!! I will let you when it will be on the podcast.

I have had to learn to embrace the shrinkage....at times it isn't always easy...

It seems like this week is moving alone slowly. Hummm.

Anyway, nothing new in the hair dept. Still in high ponytail. Spraying horsetail tea and applying whipped shea oil mix to the sides, back, and front. Protecting at night by loosing and sleeping on satin pillowcase.
I was on you tube last night checking out BC cuts with my husband. We liked a cut but of course when I went back this morning to get the link to show you gals. I can't find it.
I will keep looking later and post the link so you gals can tell me what you think.

Good afternoon ladies:

I have nothing new to report on my hair today. Same high ponytail with different headbands. An African American women commented on my hair today. Saying she liked it and of course we started talking about HAIR....lol. She is contemplating going natural via the big chop route...go girl (was my response)!!!!!lol

Really, you think so.... I don't know. I just don't have the time. What I would love to do is start a magazine. Maybe even an internet one. All these beautiful curlies should be in one place for all to see, complete with articles and photos of all different phases of natural. But I just don't have the time.
