Im taking the new adult gummy multi-vitiamin by Once a Day. SN: I dont like swallowing pills at all. So if you feel the same way this may be a good alternative for you because the gummy tastes excactly like real gummy bears. Give it a try.

I hate swallowing pills, too! Especially vitamins...they're huge! I take a liquid multi-vitamin, but I've heard the gummy bears are good.

I was taking about 5000mcg of Biotin, but my legs would swell, so I started taking a lower dosage. I didn't have a problem with my skin while taking them.

I'm currently taking HairFinity, Omega 3 Fish Oil, and Vitamin C. This works well for me. I get the Biotin, MSM, and Silca in the HairFinity Vitamins. I've seen a lot of growth using the HairFinity vitamins.

Biotine gave me bad acne, so i just recently switched to prenatals, i hope they have a better effect!

I take one a day women's. I have trouble swallowing the huge pills too, so I bought a pill cutter at target, and I cut them in half and swallow half at a time. It works well for me. I've been taking one a day for over a year now and I really like it.

Yes! I used to take them regularly but when I ran out, I didn't re-purchase and got pretty sick and like many americans, just didn't have time for it (so sad, right?) and ended up taking western meds (which I'm not really a fan of).

It definitely works. So the plan is to just add the Vitamin C again so I can prevent getting sick and dsperate for a quick fix. I think I can squeeze in time to take an extra vitamin [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Well, I'm planning on buying 1,000 mg and taking that daily w/ the nature made. But, I also have 500 mg chewables that I randomly pop in my mouth on the way out the door n such.

Rainbow Light Women's One Multi, 3 Omega 3-6-9(1200mg), 2 Folic Acid (800mg), 1 Fish oil (?) - They're more for keeping the blues away and health. The plus side are softer hair and stronger nails?

Better late in replying than never. I've been hooked on BSN's Lean Dessert for six months now, and a little goes a long way. Flavors are one of the best in the market. I highly recommend the Cinnamon Roll flavor; tastes like a freshly-baked roll from the local bakery, nommers. Chocolate Fudge is okay but I find it a bit too decadent for me. Currently, I'm taking Nature Made's Multi for Her Liquid SoftGel. I'm terrible at taking pills, but this has so far been the only large multivitamin pill that I've been able to swallow down with ease, even with plain water. I also take Lutein 6mg because it seems to help with my severely-dry and aggravated eyes.

I take GNC's Prenatal vitamins. I've been on them since March and they have been treating me well. I started taking them after a visit to a nutritionist.
