What Multi Are You Taking?

I was taking Trader Darwins Super Crusade, but I've since stopped and take my daily green drink...Macro Greens or Green Vibrance.

What are you taking?

I take a multivitamin from JoyFit. They have a pm and an am and I really like what they do for my mind and body.

Keeping my eye on this thread...I really need to choose a good multivitamin (and take it consistantly!)

I take Biotin and prenatals. I once took Flintstones vitamins, lol.

Nikki, can you give more information on what those supplements are? I'm not to sure about the results of my google search. I would love to find an alternative to regular horse pill sized multi vitamins!

Btw, I currently take Women's One a Day plus some supplements.

i've heard very good things about barlean's essentail woman supplement.

I only take OTC iron pills.

I read in a women's health magazine that Women's One A Day is one of the best multiVs for women so I switched from One A Day Chewables to the the Women's One A Day.

I take One A Day Weight Smart Advanced(as Tyra would say, I gotta get my shape in shape!) and 2 capsules of Biotin 5000 mcg a day.

I was taking prenatals as well, but i would like to find something else. For those that are taking the Women's One a day...what do you think of it so far?

GNC Women's Multivitamin and GNC hair skin and nails.

As a multivitamin, I take the GNC Women's Ultra Mega Active Vitapak, which I love! And recently, as in like 2 weeks ago, I also incorporated Biotin & MSM as well, to aid in my hair growth.

I take a prenatal vitamin as my multivitamin, I also take biotin and B complex vitamin

I like the women's one a day...altho it is difficult for me to swallow pill in general taking this cuts down on the amount of pills I take. I take this plus a small biotin pill and thats it. I usually take it with breakfast.

I take Deva's Multivitamin/Multimineral, Deva's Flaxseed Oil (Omega's), Country Life Cal-Mag Complex (Calcium/Magnesium-for cramps), Walgreen's Vitamin C (immunity)!

I love me some vitamin C (when I can remember to take it)

I took it religiously last winter and never got sick.

I am still taking prenatals and have recently added Women's One a Day Active, gives me that extra boost I need to finish the day

Prenatals, MSM, Biotin, Calcium, Flax seed oil, and Iron. Recently heard that biotin may be linked to acne... and come to think of it, my skin hasn't been acting right... soooooo???? Looking into silica, vitamin B complex (NO ENERGY!!), and GNC Ultra Nurish?? (I cant remember what the name of it is.. and I cant find the site I saw it on!!)

I read the same thing about Biotin last week.

I've been taking it for almost a year... but the acne just started a couple of months ago.. been a lil stressed so I'm hoping thats the cause, not the biotin. hmmm??? anyone else taking the biotin experiencing this?

I've been taking Biotin for a few years now and I haven't noticed any negative effects on my skin.

Oh, I also take Yasmin so I know that helps with my acne and counters anything Biotin might do in that regards. Without the bc my acne would be fairly bad and I wouldn't be able to tell if Biotin contributed.

I take Women's One A Day and Country Life's Maxi-Hair multivitamins for healthy hair, skin and nails!

The One A Day's give me lots of energy and I just began taking the Maxi Hair, so I hope I get good results...
