Hey Everyone...It was a weekend away in the mountains. No Black friday purchases were made. But I did order Donna Marie, and Oyin stuff and received them just a few days after..which I was very happy with. I cannot wait to try it...

For all of you who ordered the Qhemets...goooooood for you. You will enjoy it.
And for those who ordered Darcy's, let me know how they work..that is the only product line that was on my wish list that I couldnt get.

I just got my confirmation from Darcy should be here this week

Darcy's hasn't given me a confirmation yet and I ordered as soon as it started that morning. I still get the "processing" message. I did give a comfirmation from Qhemet, though.

got my Oyin stuff today! I had to stalk the mail center cause they stopped leaving packages since ppl were breaking into the key boxes I caught my mail carrier as she was heading back to the truck. Whew! almost had to get from PO tomorrow. I got Honey Hemp condish, shine & define, and the hair dew. I feel a cowash coming on!

So I totally had intentions to purchase for Black Friday. My phone was blowing up with emails all day and yet I still didn't purchase a thing. I was out of town and didn't have internet access... Drats! I really wanted to try Oyin and stock up on Qhemet's. Oh well!

oooohhhh the Hair dew from Oyin. I didn't know it was on sale on black friday. I certainly wanted to try that. Can you tell me how it turns out?

I ordered from Qhemets and DB as well and have not heard a peep from them and I'm out of coiling jelly !

I made my purchases as soon as the sale started. What time did you order yours?

I got my Qhemets today. I already like that the smell of the stuff i ordered is not overpowering. I had to really put my nose into them to make sure they even had a smell. I may be washing my hair tomorrow too!

I made my Darcy's purchase down to the second when it first started. I haven't heard a peep from them either.

I was clicking from product to product as they were releasing them from the Sold Out status and adding what i wanted to the cart. Within 5 minutes of the sale opening I had placed my order and moved on to the next store (Hairrogant).

I got my Hairrogrant (Anita Grant) order on Monday (11-29-10). Still nothing from Darcy's.

It could be because I am closer to Darcy than you are. They are in GA.

What kind of styles are you all considering with the Amla and Heavy Cream?

If you mean me....I have the burdock root cream.....its so creamy and good smelling! LOL

I was thinking of trying my usual shingling with it....twist outs dont work for me...maybe I will try a braid out and see what happens!

Krazy Coils uses it with the Honey Hydrating Balm for her two strand twist. I plan to do the same.

I also got a notice that my Oyin shipment is on the way. I am so excited. I have never used any of the "Natural Handmade" products before so on BF and CM I was like a kid in a candy store. I ordered from Qhemet, Oyin, and AfroVeda. Oh and speakin of AfroVeda does anyone have expericence with this company I ordered from them on Nov 24th and I haven't received a shipment notice and I am in the DFW are and I believe the are also.
