I'm starting to get mad now!!! 25 mins late!!!

I know, right? I hope Qhemet's customers can be as patient as we're trying to be right now, but it's 30 minutes passed 5 AM Central Time here and I'm tired. I just want to order and go back to bed!

now seriously it is 0632 on a sleep-in holiday. this is totally not whats up.

I was trying to search what state the company is based from. I know the site says, 6 AM EST but I have a feeling that the sale is going to start at 7 AM EST, 6AM CT due to a time zone error. I don't know. Hell, it's 5:40 in the morning and I'm trying to wrap my head around how one of the biggest natural hair care companies fell flat on one of the biggest shopping days of the year. *blank stare*

Starting to think this is crazy that i set my clock only to be kept waiting for a product i have no idea about.....

come on qhemet.....wiish i could ride round the corner to see what the hold up is...

The site gives an address in Florida. I'm really disappointed and I agree Summerbreeze. This product better be AMAZING!!!!

i was just sitting here thinking the same thing. i mean they have been closed for weeks preparing for this, right? first order with the company. not a good first impression for me. if it wasn't for good reviews by you guys, i would be turning over enjoying my second round of snoring right now. *blank staring and blinking as well*

The products are worth every penny and worth the bandwagon talk, lol. Still this is an epic fail by Qhemet's.

ETA: I lurked at other hair forums and customes are annoyed as well. The site will probably crash with everyone trying to order at once.

Which products are you purchasing Fleur_nouvelle?

Shescenit is looking pretty good right now. They have excellent reviews. Anybody ever use them?

I've been using the Burdock Root Cream a lot, but the AOHC has been very kind to me and my daughters once I learned how to use it right. I recently gave some away because I thought it was too thick, but I realized I should have followed the advice of others and use very little at a time. It is a supreme moisturizer and the moisture can last for days. The Olive and Honey Hydrating balm is good as well but if you had to choose 1 product, then go with the AOHC.

well while i'm sitting here. can someone give me the skinny on the coco tree detangling ghee for a 4a/4b?

The AOHC is in STOCK so I guess they are opening up now!!

@ Agdst - That stuff is amazing. Your hair goes from dry and tangles to soft and tangle free!!! It smells like chocolate too!!

I ended up ordering: AOHC, Burdock Creme and the new Ghee stuff just so i could get the discount. I better like this stuff.

Summerbreeze....the site tells you to indicate in the memo what you want free but it also says from 8pm 11/25 until 12:01am 11/26 Friday....so I do believe we missed that one.

BUT I have been up since 5am so I could be losing it ya know! Someone else check and let me know.

I can't believe I was up at 11:30 and fell asleep. Anywho, I woke up at 7 and ordered from Darcys and Donna Maries. Darcy's had a free bottle of a new curling cream. It was listed in her "What's New"section, so not only did a get a discount, a great shipping price, I got something free.

I ordered that also from Darcy's plus their curl styling leave-in cream
