Congrats on all the self control. It will payoff in the end. Love the blow out! I'm jelly. I know that I need to do a trim when I finish this challenge, maybe I'll attempt a blowout as well.

I agree with everyone else, don't look at this as a no, but just a not yet!!! I love you blow out look!!! Too Cute...and you had little shedding. My question to you is..how long did your fro last? I blew my hair out to get braids and is started shrinking about 4 hrs later...

i only kept my blowout for the day but it did shrink a tad knh, i was thinkin it was the humidity and gettin caught in the rain!

Just wanted to stop by and say Hi!!!!

hey ladies! i am sooooo pooped. i finally got the will power to take my bridge walk. im gettin better cuz normally it takes me 2.5hrs but this time it took me 2 hrs on the nose. i did do some joggin here and there and less breaks. however, when i got back to my car i noticed i got a dmn parkin tkt !! i'll go ahead and pay my lil $15 tkt, my dmn tax payin dollars already went towards the construction of the dmn harbor in the first freakn place! but overall, it was good mediation. i know once i got to my car i took that water bottle to the head as if it was a 40.

so since i didnt get my pedi yesterday i just KNEW i couldnt pass up on it today. it felt soooooo good, like say aaaaah good. i sent cherry's pkg off and now im home cookin dinner. im definitely gettin old cuz i already know its gonna be lights out early for me tonight. matter fact, i need to get to it becuz my hair is feelin dry n stank right now. im thinkin its from my blowout and becuz i didnt dc w/my tui long enuff. so im gonna co-wash w/the remainder of my ytc and twist it up for the week.

im so not ready to go to work tomorrow...i need to find my rich, old, chez whitey like NOW!!!

i'll play catch up wit yall tomorrow!!

Let's see, where do I start...

- I agree about the eyelashes....my son and my husband has really long thick eyelashes. My hubby always complains that his eyelashes rub up against his shades.

- Keep up the good work on your weightloss journey. You know I am on a fitness journey too. This time last year, I was 20 pounds heavier. Now I am working on keeping it off. It is definitely a lifestyle change.

- Sorry you missed the test by one point but like everyone else said, God has something else in store for you right now

- Loved the blowout and like AL said, you are not a TWA!

I see ur lovin' the CD. What is the biggest difference you've noticed since using it? Just curious. I used to be a BIG CD fan but then she started getting all jankey with shipping and fulfilling the orders so I stopped ordering. Thinking about trying again. The Hair Mimosa was great on my locs.

thanx guys, i wouldve never thought of walkin for 2 hrs myself but once i get started and have my music playin, i dont even notice it. then once i feel like i want to turn around i say NO cuz i dont want to cheat myself so i stay committed. my feet felt sooooo good for my pedi, i'd love to try to budget it in but it can get expensive. next time i need to tell Mei Ling to go over my foot with the razor a 2nd time to get all the dead skin off. thats how bad my feet were!

@dva; the only difference i really see using it is my hair gets softer n softer. i love it, im actually running low on my tui smoothie but i think i can stretch it til the end of May...i THINK!! i do know the MM seals the deal and adds the soft touch but i have learned that i cant go overboard cuz i'll end up wit build up. so if i refresh a twist i use the tui oil after i spritz. u know u can go to pentagon city n run into her actual store to bypass shipping! i know i did. They always hook u up wit extra goodies esp for the summertime.

So yesterday i almost had a slight emergency....well no it was an emerg to me!! after wettin down my blowout to return to my curls sun night, i went to bed wit a wet head and woke up wit my head literally lookin like buckwheat



it wasnt even cute!! then it was dry...i didnt get my instant detangle i normally get from using the milk but i just let it slide cuz i was thinkin once it soaked in i'd be good. off to my walk n carry on wit my day i went....once i got back i looked in the mirror ; it still felt DRY like...chapped lips on malik yoba dry!! i was pissed. im thinkin ok maybe i didnt leave my tui on long enuff the night before soooo i KNEW i couldnt twist my hair up wit it feelin like that. i used the rest of my ytc which did help TREMENDOUSLY!! i must say...i will definitely..no DEFINITELY need to add that to my stash. i continued to twist w/my MM and everything feels all better now. i may need to break out my trust ol' afroveda shikakai oil to really do the trick of oilin my twist down so i'll keep an eye on it.
