HENNA TIME! Empty HENNA TIME!

So I will be taking my braids out within the next two weeks and have already ordered the jamilla 100 g pack. However, i don't know where to start!
So my question is what mixture of henna is best for slightly loosening the curl or at least make is clump together better??
