I tried to find a kit like that in Sephora a couple of month ago. It was sold out. I won't need any more makeup, at least eyeshadow for a while.

Great site with multiple makeup looks. It is by far my fave right now.

yea this is the updated version. i like it because of the lip gloss tubes and because it travels well. I usually do my makeup on the train!

got my haute look order too!! YES chrs, i totally agree, i couldve done without the pencils and i opened it up like...heeeeeey these arent my 24/7 gliders Crying or Very sad

i got em in purple haze and mary jane, i got the loose powder in mildew and the blue shadow in adora (blue one chrs has), i also got the flat liner brush too! overall, i like my purchases n i'll make my NON-24/7 gliders work some kinda way Rolling Eyes

Hmmm, I don't remember seeing any loose powders, oh well. I'm planning to use them on my water line and on my lower lash line. I will also use them as bases when using similar color. Like you wrote, they will get used some kind of way.

Hey LADIES!!! i have been wanting to post in here so bad but I havn't had a chance! but now since one of our fellow curlies was so amazing to purchase the 120 pallet and send it to me(which i received today, THANK YOU SOOOO SOOOO MUCH) I was finally able to do something. I will now be posting like every other day i have so many looks i wanna try but this is one i did today before going off to work Smile

i think i have done one similar to that. Its nothing spectacular but i thought it was cute and all the colors i used came from that pallet

Skins colors are burgundy and gold
Colors used: MAC's goldmine pigment on inner half of lid and as highlight
Beauty Factory's palette burgundy on outer half of lid & dark brown on outer v and in crease; tan to blend out
L'oreal's black liquid liner - lined upper lash line
NYX jumbo pencil in black -lined tightline (upper inner water line) and lower water line
MAC blush (raisin color--used to contour cheeks & nose) & L'oreal duo shadow in pink
NYX Concealer CW07 under eye

Hey Ladies,

I wasn't going anywher but to take my daughter to a play date. I wanted to go to my cousin's 70's party but me and hubby had a date night later instead. So this was my look fo the entire day. I love that UD primer potion. I used my BH Cosmetics 120 palette and used the yellow, orange and red on there for this look and M.A.C. Amber Lights for the highlight. I love this look I chose these colors based on the colors in the shirts i was wearing.

This looks like a red flame.

Question: Do you have a vanity mirror? Does it help? I'm thinking in investing in one in a few months (Christmas or birthday gift). I know I definitely want an area to do my makeup--like a desk/vanity/etc. Since my sons are out of the house, I plan to use their old bedroom.

I don't but I want a space too! I really want to clean out my second bedroom, currently overrun by junk and storage boxes, to set up a makeup station. one day it will come together. For now I just have my bathroom mirror with the four bright light bulbs on it.
