Today was a good day. I got invited to Six Flags for a birthday thing. I've only ever been there once when I was lol. I'm excited. I'm gonna have to wear another braid out tomorrow though. I fell asleep early (from 6:00-almost 10:00 PM I slept) and my mom took the cord to the internet with her to work (long story lol), so when I got home, I couldn't look at the style I was gonna do. Sooo...I'll be twisted back up tomorrow.

Great braidout! I love braidouts. I wanted to ask you, you seem to have such freedom with your hair. Is your mom's hair relaxed?

Thanks JnB! Yes, my moms hair is relaxed. Trying to learn more about relaxed hair atm, to help her with her hair care though I have a lot of freedom in a lot of ways, since it's my responsibility to do most of the things for myself. I also cook for myself and I'm trying to step my game up in that cause I hardly cook (I'm lazy lol) and it's affecting my health




Well......I think I am having a HUGE love affair with my hair. I just can't find the strength to twist it So.....this time I swear that I WILL do the twisted updo...on Saturday night LOL. But for now..heh....I will be rocking a braid out

So.......I don't know what to say. I have no motivation to twist my hair. I have the front part done and it looks so ugh to me. I've already attempted Lynnie's updo (no patience), as well as a style I've already done on myself (still, not enough patience). So, I settled for regular twists, but they look awful imo. I'm about ready to drop out of this twist challenge, but I know this will be a tough week for me and I won't feel like doing my hair at all I wish someone could just come and do my hair For now, the front part of my hair is twisted, but the back is up in a bun.

Straighten my hair! Yikes. lol. I'll see how this goes.

So.....hahaha......my hair is straight-ish. I air dried in a braid out and then flat ironed on 350 in 16 sections, but my hair is looking like that one football players hair. Dunno his name, but he's like Samoan or something LOL My hair is still freaking huge as heck. I have no idea how this happened. Maybe I should've cranked it all the way up to 450 hahaha. I think I'm gonna roll it or something

So, I wore my "straight" hair for a day in a cute style and got compliments, but since I'm in such a hair rut, I ended up wetting it that night and then put it in a bun. My hair has reverted completely, which doesn't surprise me since it wasn't even that straight haha. Now? I have my hair braided in seven braids to rock a..... BRAID OUT for tomorrow I think the next time I straighten my hair, it'll be with a Maxiglide cause the Sedu isn't cutting it for me. But, I probs won't straighten for a whileeeeeee cause I hate straight hair on me. It was nice to finally see all my hard work though. I'm currently a layered APL, so next goal: layered BSL, which I'll hopefully achieve by the end of the summer. Oh yeah, I'm gonna do another henna treatment this weekend probably cause I'm seeing some breakage

Lol I think I would literally pass out mid-air pre-death drop. Ever been to Rye Playland? When I was like 8, I pretty much lost my shizz and started hyperventilating on the Dragon Coaster there. I went back a few summers ago and it's not even that bad lmao. I don't think Kingda Ka is in my future lol

I had a great day today. Didn't have to go to school, so I got to take my sweet time in the morning getting dressed Went to the mall, hung out with some friends, and then met my mom in the city and went shopping My hair looked great and so did my outfit. Woo! Tomorrow, my mom and I are going to an Old Navy 1$ flip flop sale (lol, three cheers for living <five minutes away from an Old Navy), an art gallery and a dance parade. Her co-workers art is being featured in a gallery, so we're going to show our I've seen some of his work and it's amazing! The dance parade should be interesting lol. And then on Sunday, we're going to a SUNY College Fair lol Dunno if I'll be able to henna this weekend because I actually have stuff to do
