I may do that twist challenge with you. My hair grows so much faster when I do little to nothing to it. The faster it grows the faster I can cut off these relaxed end... YIKE..

For your graduation pics I agree a roller set or twist out would be very pretty.

I love your twist pin up. You are my lil creative hair idol- simple but very fly. You know I love the earrings.

Yaaaaaaaaaay for a twist challenge! I can't wait to see your results. I may have to try to your gel mix for my next set of twists. I'm thinking that I'm going to do my challenge until June and see how Seffy likes that. I'm getting a little anxious tho, this set of twists feels like they will make and awesome twistout! Maybe I'll modify my challege and skip the whole wng section...hmmmm. You are a little ray of inspiration!

I agree Karyn I want to save some fabulousness for the summer time!!! lol I always miss my hair when it's in twists but on the plus side, they can be styled sooooo many different ways!! So it's a win-win situation

Good morning KNH!! I think I trimeed about 1/2 an inch all over, an a little more in some areas. The ends were looking a little straight in some places and I didn't like that.

It was kind of a lot of hair but I'm really scissor happy now!! LOL ever since I started transitioning I just developed a desire to cut my hair! But I know it will grow back so it's all good in the hood

Hello curl friends!!!!

Chlo Bella is still twisted up in the 29 twists. I pinned her up because I'm trying to get into a habit of protective styling rather than having Chlo "The Fro" out on the daily. I have itching fingers but I'm determined to finish this twist challenge without having unplanned WnG relapses! LOL here are pictures:

So I was thinking: when the BnB thread is renamed, there are gonna be hella people posting daily hair journals!!! How in the world am I supposed to keep up with all that?? I have the hardest time keeping up with the ones that have threads now! I mean I'm sure I'll manage but I'm gonna want to see all the beautiful styles that people come up with that are on this site but haven't posted pictures; I'm gonna want to keep checkin up on you guys (you're my first loves so I have to keep my eyes on you all!!); and there's gonna be an even greater wealth of information than is already here! I just hope I don't get overwhelmed. Is anyone else feeling like that?

I'll look out for this twist challenge thread. I'm going to join because after I did all this work for these micro twists they need to stay in for however long you are planning to do the challenge. I need to get better about pinning them up though. Maybe I should actually wear the rosa parks roll that I do for my workouts--to work.
