Washing natural hair
Hi everyone
Hope you all are having a wonderful Friday TGIF
The reason for my post its a question i have about a product that may not exist so i'm thinking about getting some twist with extension as a protective style and because i want to stretch it for as long as possible i was wondering does anyone know a way of just cleaning my scalp without using water , when i was relaxed i had this product i used to clean my scalp that didn't require water now that i'm transitioning that product won't work because it has alcohol in it is there anything similar thats natural that i can use to clean my scalp while in braids without drying my hair and using water ?
Thanks in advance your's truly

Re: Washing natural hair
I remember seeing something made my Organic Root Stimulator that is supposed to do that. Not sure of the name exactly, but it was in Sally's.

i don't know the answer to this, but you may consider looking into the regimen on natural ladies who have locs...they might know of a good alternative since washing locs/waiting for them to dry takes a loooooong time.

Re: Washing natural hair
Yes they are called "dry shampoos" but usually they are powder for straight hair that is applied to the scalp and brushed out with a brush to remove excess oil. I'm not sure if this is what you want because it doesn't seem like it would really clean the hair, it would just dry out the oil. Maybe you are talking about something else but heres a link on it.
