Black Friday

Another week has gone by and still NO shescentit.
I was sure that it wouldve at least shipped out by now but my account still shows pending shipment. Now im trying to decide if I should just request to cancel the order. This is so frustrating!!!

Well I finally got my Darcy's in hand. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] There was a mix up with the address and I picked it up from the post office this afternoon. Still have not received my Qhemets, but I emailed them and was able to change my order. Hopefully I will get a shipping notice soon. Now I really see the importance of have staples that you can get @ B&M stores.

I guess I should really be glad I got mine within 14 days.. Her site says 3-20 days has it been that long or is it getting close.

I just got my KBB a few minutes ago. It just showed up. I didnt get an email. I am waiting on HairVeda now.

I emailed Hairveda about cancelling my order, but haven't received a response to that email either. I am too through with them!

I finally received my Quemets products yesterday. I got the Olive and Honey Hydrating Balm and the Amla and Olive Heavy Cream. My hair is in twists so I havent gotten the chance to try them out yet. Still waiting on my Hairveda products though

@LaToya28 I have sent 3 or 4 emails since last week and I haven't received a response from them either.

That's the thing that really upsets me...the lack of communication. I really don't want the products anymore. I just want my money back and they don't ever have to worry about hearing from me again.

Yeah, I feel the same way. If I ever get my products, I think this will be the last time that I order from them. They were closed for a while before BF and you would think that they would have already had some products finished.

Today makes day 20....my order shows pending shipment still. Im thinking I should just cancel my order.

Hairveda posted a comment on FB that if you had sent an email, that they are trying to get to everyone, their admin person has been out sick, but that they are trying to answer everyone and to please be patient.

So today there is an updated message on the shescentit website

"To our lovely customers, If you ordered during the Black Friday sale, the last of the orders are currently being processed. All orders should ship by Wednesday, 15th. This includes all international customers. Thanks for being patient."

Wow..so shes way over the 20 day mark with filling orders. I wonder if she will throw something in for those customers being patient?????

Yesterday I contacted Qhemet's about my second order that I hadn't received. Well I got a response that they have only reached up to 4pm orders from Black Friday. I ordered my second order at 10 pm, so I probably won't be getting it until next year! LOL.

Wow, fleur, guess it pays to order early! lol

For real. When I ordered BF morning, I didn't think to order samples for my sister's kids. I thought that samples would be a great stocking stuffer, but apparently I have to scratch that. I knew it was a small business, but I still expected the order before Christmas! LOL. Oh well.

Oh no! I didn't order until after 11 pm! I guess I'll have to find a temporary replacement for twistouts-any suggestions that I can get on the ground???

Yeah freckledmom4, don't expect that order in December. Maybe we'll get a Christmas miracle. As for your question, I really don't know about too many options for twisting. I've only been using Organic Root Stimulator Loc and Twist Gel or Curls Pomade on my daughter and they're both wonderful. Curls pomade gives a very soft hold with amazing sheen (Target); ORS gives more definition and better hold. Type them both in the CN search engine. Look up twisting, too. I see ladies posting about aloe vera gel, butters, pomades, etc.

I know someone will post right after me with more info!

freckledmom, ORS Smooth n Hold pudding is great for twisting. It provides a light hold and gives the hair a good shine. You can find it at Walgreens, WalMart, and Sally.
