Does anyone ever do their own research??? Why must people look to others for all their answers instead of looking it up their self? You can't always go by what others tell you! Just needed to vent and get that out lol.

I totally agree. Not sure if this is in line with what you are speaking of, but I was in Target this particular day when another young lady and I was having a conversation about where to purchase KC products b/c this particular location was always sold out of the Knot Today. A Target employee was adamant that they were the ONLY location in the area that sold them. Insisting that if I saw the product at another store, it was sent there in error. She went on and on and on to no end about this. Needless to say the scanner that they use to check stock at various locations validated what I had previously researched on KC website - they were not the only store that carried KC. The store that I suggested to the young lady was also on KC website as a location that carried their products. Had I not known and just listened to the employee, I would have wasted sooo much gas trying to find a product or spent money for S&H to purchase online Rolling Eyes

Why do people like to test the "new girl"? I may be new in this company, but I am not new to working and I'm definitely not that naive to just believe everything you say. I often feel a "n-word please!" coming on.

These people test me with little things daily. They will soon meet the "real" me. One thing I do appreciate is a supervisor that puts people in their place. She doesn't let people get away with just telling me anything. When it doesn't sound right, I go straight to her and ask.

You know, that always sounded tempting to me too but when I actually had a krispy kreme donut that was hot...it made me nauseous! I prefer it at room temp.
