Taking care of your micro braids!

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good products to use on wet and wavy micro braids and general braiding hair care? Regular wash or dry shampoo? What types of conditioners, braid sprays, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My roommate has wet and wavy micro braids. She cares for them by:

-Co-washing weekly with Hello Hydration
-Oils new growth with Bee Mine Growth Serum & castor oil
-Sprays braids daily with Cantu Oil Sheen but I'd recommend something without mineral oil/parabens... I'd suggest rubbing a little coconut oil over them instead.
-& Every couple days I'll help her french braid them to keep them wavy...
