So.... I did my first set of finger coils and wanted to share. I posted pics on my CSJ but thought I'd share them here too. My TWA is pretty short and I was having a hard time finding things to do with it....

@Tashafawn I really love the look of your hair, looks shiny and soft. I really want to henna myself, seems as if i will have to order online, no one here seems to sell it. Love the look though.

Thanks nattie....And I hope u aint callin me out nubie o_0 lol. I HAVE DEFINITELY NOT GRADUATED...for some reason my hair is still holdin on to this TWA...ITS KILLING ME I NEED MORE STYLING OPTIONS!!!!

and here are my two strand twists i did this past saturday using Koils By Nature Herbal Soothing Gel:

I've been wearing them all week and I kinda like that fact that I don't have to worry about it so I will probably keep them in until this saturday and see what the twistout looks like.

Word on the street is you don't have TWA if you have 4-5 inches I think....

I'm at 2 and a half, 3 in the middle back and sides and 1 inch in the very front....can i stay in until the front grows out? lol

ok newcurlique where is your video of how to do the coils! Your hair looks GOOD! It looks like a professional did it! I have given up on doing the coils, mine just don't come out right. Plus I lose patience. After the 2nd hour, I give up and go to bed. Have to keep trying!

Hey ladies! So here's a quick update on my Lucy. She's getting thicker
and thicker each day to the point that I have developed a severe case of
HIH sydrome. My mom is amazed by how many textures are in my hair that
she said, "There are even straight hair in there!"(Anyone have
experienced this in there hair?). Anyway, I'm having fun with Lucy, but I
noticed that my hair is not responding to the products that I used when
I first BCed, so now I basically doing a trial and error run. Also, I
was kinda getting tired of the whole WnG routine, so I have been looking
for styles that might spice Lucy up a bit. Hence, I bought the afro
pick and I love it. Now, I just need to find some cute protective styles
for Lucy since school is starting again and I'll probably have less
time to do my hair. Any tips is greatly needed and appreciated. Until
next time....
