Thanks Tia! I've never braided on wet hair, but that's probably because I'm not such a great braider. Slippery hair is bad for me to grip, Darn!

I agree with IB, you're my inspiration for long hair. Healthy hair that looks great, that I know! Long hair that isn't healthy or that I can't do anything with....not in my future LOL

You look so beautiful. The style is amazing! I can't believe it's an accident. I really want to try to learn how to braid and cornrow.

I must have missed it but what is the plaque for?

Yes it is! I sometimes try to take a decent pic of one pair for minutes at a time.

My hubby got me the plaque for starting up IMI; just to show me how proud he is of me. I love that man!

My hair diet has ended and I must say that after one month of no sulfates or silicones my hair is extremely soft and has great sheen. I am impressed.

During the month of June, I used:
Dudu-Osum Herbal Shampoo
Giovanni SAS, 50:50, and TTT
Kimmaytube Leave In Conditioner (with Giovanni Direct leave in)
Shea Moisture Shea Butter Leave in
I also did a henna treatment during the month of June.

I would highly recommend this experiment to anyone trying to find out just how healthy their hair is or trying to get healthy manageable hair. Even my hair in the middle that is usually rough and super tangled has shown great improvement.

Tonight I am going to video a tutorial for making the 4th of July afro.

LOL, I will have them in brown too! I wore the pink one because it was easier to see in the vid.

All the steps and products are written out on my blog. For this vid I used Care Free Curl/Water mix.

I have two questions (don't want to go to YT at work but want to know). Do you simply add a moisturizer to your hair before twisting an air drying? Is it just water in the spray bottle? TIA
