LOL. I read on a website that a 10 minute nap each day is supposed to be good for you. WHO TAKES 10 MINUTE NAPS?!? If I take a nap, it needs to be 30 minutes-1 hour. With a 1 year old & a 4 year old though, I rarely have time for naps.

I cant nap any less than 5 hours, and that is a quick nap for me. I used to have insomnia and now I think I might have narcolepsy.
