Sealing?!?!
Hi Everyone!
I'm using my "newbie" card on this one, but what exactly is sealing? I have heard this term in many of the posts, so I am assuming that it is a vital process in the natural hair care regime. Should I seal daily? Should I seal on wet or dry hair? Any suggestions on good sealants? I just did the BC this past Saturday, April 3rd, and I want to make sure that I am doing every thing possible to maintain my new healthier and natural style. Talk to me! Re: Sealing?!?!
Sealing is essentially using oils or butters (or both) to seal in water or a water based moisturizer. I use Africa's Best Herbal Oil and Carol's Daughter Healthy Hair butter to seal and it maintains moistures for says.I seal in this video.

Thank you so much, Erica! You video was very useful! I actually have some CD Hair Butter, which I LOVE, so I'll use that as a sealant for now.
