New transitioner

What's up yall? Just thought I'd come thru and say hey..I've been transitioning for about 3 months now. So far so good :-) I'm rockin some cornrows w/ kinky twists (extensions in) and plan on doing so for a good while.. I figured this is the easiest way for me b/c I'm not a hair person :-) *yet*

For over a year I've been thinking of going natural. Listening to others is what kept me from doing it. Not too many family members are supporting me transitioning because, of course, of being stuck in their ways and what they believe to be the truth about natural hair; however, I do have a group of friends online that are supportive and even a friend that has transitioned and did the BC months ago.

I've been getting a relaxer since about 5 years old so i have NO idea how my natural texture is and i'm very excited to see what it's like. I want healthier hair and i want the freedom to do whatever to it without having to go to the salon every other week.

Well, i'll keep yall posted and will put some pics up in due time!
