The qualities of the rose water are well known and popular among hair dressers; it is in the ingredients of various masks and hair-care[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] products. Rose water is applied at home to care after the scalp and hair; it gently tones and refreshes the skin, leaving it smooth and supple. It helps to remove inflammations, intensifies blood supply and stimulates hair growth.
Hope this helps!
