i used the old faithful eco styler olive oil gel...had problems when i first used it but ive gotten way better with it. key is 'you dont need half the jar to do one style' hehehehe

This is third day of roller set. I worked out (spinning yesterday). It took a toll on my hair. I am determined to make it last until Friday, hope me the best.

I tried another side part style today. I really like Long Aid gel. It gives the hair a soft hold with mucho shine.

I'm wearing a braid-out today. I did about 10 plaits in my hair and used Miss Jessie's Curly Meringue (I'm using it up...too expensive to waste!) and olive oil (on the ends). [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I am wearing a rollerset today. This is day 3.

To achieve this style I washed with ACV. I then conditioned with Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut Conditioner. Then I detangled, and put hair in about 10 large two-strand twists. Next, I unraveled a twist and sprayed the section of hair with diluted conditioner (which is what I'm using for a leavin conditioner until I find something else. I'm thinking about using Yes to Carrots). Then I took a small section of hair, pinned the rest out of the way. I applied my shea butter mix (shea butter, EVCO, and Burnt sugar pomade) and then Eco Styler Olive Oil Gel to it, and rolled it. I repeated this for the remainder of my head. Each twisted section took about 15 rollers. I then sat under the dryer for about 45 minutes. I then unraveled the rollers, applied some EVCO, and seperated the curls. Each day I add EVCO and seperate the curls a little more. This was my first time roller setting my natural hair. I think I will do it again.
