I co-washed my twists last weekend and plopped to eliminate some frizz. It pretty frizzy right now but I like the worn look of if it. surprisingly I didn't have to many twist to come unraveled maybe one or two in the back. I'm going out of town again for a facilitation gig in Connecticut so I will co-wash again in the morning and pull the front back with a headband. I tried this today just to get them off of my forehead and it was cute, so I will see how that turns out. Im also oging to try to gather a few in the front and don some twist to it. If I like the outcome of this, I may do a little bit more styling with my twists during the next set. I will posts pics to show you the pull back twists in the AM.

My life has been CRAZY and I idn't have time to take the pics that I wanted to. HOWEVER, I had to make sure that my twists were looking nice for my next conference (yes, I am out of town again - as I type this). I did medium small twist and a nice lil design on the sides. My practice is paying off. I am so excited about how it turned out! I DC'd with Aubrey Organics and Coconut Oil and sat under the dryer for 30 mins. It really made my curls pop (this is the second time that I did it - I posted a youtube video of the results of the first)

I wanted to make sure I posted these results as I am running around like crazy...here you go ladies !(Pay no attention to the perm rods..LOL...I had to curl some of my hair that is a different texture in some places)

Hello my lovely ladies!!!

Its been so long since I have been on here so let me first apologize for that! Secondly, I want to let you know the reason for my absence. I have been SUPER busy with the blog lately and I am loving every minute of it. I have a few special features and personal updates to add as well, so stay tuned for that!

Anywho, I have been doing A LOT with my hair. I've tried a lot of new style and saw a lot of growth from the twist challenge I did in February with AGrlCanMac also known as Milan. Althought I saw alot of growth, I needed to cut alot off because my ends were RAGGGGGEDY! So what originally meant to be a trim ended up being a cut. No more than 1.5 inches all over. I am still planning to cut about and inch and a half more off this summer for a shorter look. I guess you can call it a mini BC. I'm not too worried though because it seems like the more I cut my hair the more it grows and I can dig that!

I will be trying to add vitamin supplementss to my diet to help with my hair growth, skin and just overall healthy living. I read up on some things and I will trying biotin, msm, and a daily multi for now.
